This is exactly what Ive stated to do- I only call expireds for about an hr-then I get 30 contacts a day just from circle prospecting... the amount of people who are thinking of selling is unbelievable! Circle is the way to go!!

Less hang ups and more yes or no's. Try it:)
20:05 - "Zillow quoted me for 4 leads $1500." This is exactly what I ran into in my area in Florida. The Zillow Premier Agent sales rep and I went in depth as to who is buying all the zip codes, and the large brokerages are paying upwards of $15,000+ a month to buy leads.

It's like a 2ish minute mashup of you doing real estate things - Showing houses, sitting at the closing table, and or a client consult, you with your for sale sign, and walking confidently through downtown, enjoying the areas best amenities, and maybe a celebration shot with business people audio is different people saying your name, you using power words and winning awards., things like that.

I use the Mojo dialer. I have the neighborhood search feature which lets me draw a radius around an area and the dialer automatically extracts the numbers for me.

I literally just use the property appraiser website for names and then pull numbers using a subscription service and then put them into my Compass CRM as I make contact. If I'm understanding the follow up on a lead correctly, it sounds like overkill. Please tell me if I'm misunderstanding something: Call, Make appointment, get Lead. follow with resume, or prelist packet, video and thank you (1). Monthly market update via email (2), monthly email reminder of where they should be on their timeline(3), monthly post card(4), and monthly call(5) with a handwritten thank you after the mothly phone call(6) untill they are ready to put the house on the market. I would be sick of me if on the recieving end I think. thoughts?

She’s in a high cost of living area, my market is the same. I’m in SF Bay Area. She’s with eXp so it’s an 80/20 split until she caps at $16,000. Then it’s 100% for the rest of the year.
