Great tutorial. I have now found out that if you have a factory Webasto water heater there is actually already a third fuel line in that location. There is just a flexible tube inside like for the main feed. So I'm just going to tap into that close to the aux heater.
This video and a god send. Quick question. The Jack at the rear, is it a bar attached to it spanning the back? Also can you get access to the rear seat bolts with fuel tank removed and putting your hands above the fire protection? Many thank 😀
Thanks 👍🏻 not too sure what you mean about the bar being attached to the jack. As for the seat bolts, yeah you should be able to access seat bolts if they are behind your fuel tank.
Looking at this and a few other videos I’m now going to fit my own heater and save a fortune, doesn’t look too big of a job at all. Im considering still using an auxiliary tank so I can monitor fuel useage
@@VinnieTheVanno to be fair they don’t use loads of fuel. I went for the main tank as I don’t need to worry about fuel spillage in the van, or forgetting to fill it up 🤦🏻🤣
@@VinnieTheVanno off the top of my head I think it was an 80mm hole but check your inlet/outlet sizes in the pack. My part two of this video shows what I used if that helps you

Did you have any issues starting after, did you need to prime the fuel pump?
Yeah you need to prime as none of the fuel lines or pump have fuel in them. Some people suck it up the line 🤣 but just use the prime function 👍🏻
How do you use the prime function, by turning the ignition on and off a few times or using diagnostics?
Thanks mate👍
No problem 👍

@@AXISUK I’ve got mine on order, I’ve got most tools but need some hole saws, what diameter did you use for the air ducting inlet / outlet

Just tap into the fuel return pipe with a tee !!! Simples
Bit rough 😂
Not if you use the push-fit connector the same as the filter fitting it just has an extra 4 mm pipe teed off it
@@tonythorrington3740 suppose it could be an idea 👍🏻
