    Varicose veins are typically caused by a weak structure of connective and circulatory tissues. Here are 7 ways to strengthen these tissues and increase circulation to get rid of varicose veins fast:
    1. Use Cypress essential oil
    2. Exercise for 20-30 minutes, 5 days a week
    3. Wear compression socks
    4. Consume antioxidant-rich foods, especially bilberry
    5. Consume a collagen-rich diet by eating bone broth 2-3 times daily
    6. Do Prolotherapy (PRP)
    7. Apply witch hazel topically

    60, male. We live in Nicaragua and are Vegan.
    No essential oils around here, no billberrys ?…..no collagen from animal bones.
    But, I do wear compression socks at night. During the day it is BEYOND HOT. We do exercise daily. Long walks in the mountains and lifting weights.
    I have had blood clots before so I am on Eliquis. Also doing testosterone therapy which thickens my blood.
    Lots of challenges. Thanks for the video

    Thank You so much for your video! I used horse chestnut power dissolved in witch hazel while pregnant with my fifth baby. It helped them from getting worse. I had really bad varicose veins. Towards the end of my pregnancy I started taking a magnesium supplement called Calm by natural vitality. It made the biggest difference in my veins. Most of the pain from them was gone in 3 weeks. I buy it for every pregnant woman I know. I still take it every day and my baby is 6 months old. It really helps!!!!

    I've been doing wall squats, and KETO diet. Yes, healthy food is expensive, so I do a lot of intermittent fasting, which is also great for your health. The way I see it, I'm better off fasting then satisfying my hunger with sugary snacks. They might fill the belly, but there is no real sustenance behind them. Anyway, working out and a healthy diet does improve veins. It has helped my spider veins.

    I got a bunch of new spider veins and a new varicose vein (or 2) after mowing the yard yesterday. Maybe the type of excersize makes a difference. I got toe cramps just hours later then woke up to this. Ughh!
    I just turn red when I'm in the heat. I only sweat in certain areas. My legs get red blotches from the sauna but never sweat. I don't know why. I think my head, neck and back sweat but that's all.
    Does rebounding help with veins?
    I started out with edema and hear rebounding works for that.
    The area to brush my skin is getting smaller and smaller

    Thank you Dr Axe for a very informative video on how to get rid of varicose veins. I never appreciated the importance more than I do now. I have always been health conscious but over past three decades, I have not paid as close attention to certain areas of my health. That my body was trying to exhibit to me over time. Varicose veins oddly haven't always been a problem in thirties. They seemed to sneak up over time. What with work office jobs. Trying to get back into more walking and supplement suggestions are appreciated as Ì do not want to ingest drugs into my body unnecessarily. I have been taking an organic COLLAGEN supplement but stopped for awhile due to budget constraints. After downsizing, I will be striving to get back on track with my health overall. Varicose veins being one of those issues. Thank you so much for offering alternative suggestions to improve and hopefully rid my legs of spider and varicose veins soon. Takes time but optimistic and feeling more empowered to correct this health issue for myself.

    How many times a day for Cypress oil, and does that work for heamatomas, too ? I have several heamatomas on the right lower leg, they keep coming with years. The left leg is clean, with a nice straight upward vein (vein that I can't find on the right leg)... I wonder what's the reason for that difference, I don't have violent activities, and usually shock heamatomas disappear after a few weeks ? maybe the main vein is blocked at the knee or hip level, as I don't have a perfectly symmetric body position ?

    I’m so glad for honest Dr’s like you. These videos on TH-cam are becoming more difficult to find. Because of the massive overhaul of censorship. I had a few problems with my varicose veins. They used to give me pain from time-to-time. And then I started running. I had a few lumps and bumps. They’ve nearly all gone bar one. I run 5 miles a week. Running is also good for cells as you’re inhaling more oxygen. It’s good for the bones. It keeps them strong.
    What’s in the ‘Bone Broth?’ I don’t eat meat. As we’re plant based people. Meat contains a lot of chemicals which causes cancers.
    Subbed to your channel. You need to get together with Dr. Dale Brown. Lol

      Bone broth has beef bones or chicken bones with apple cider vinegar added to the water and cooked slowly. The vinegar leaches the goodness from the bones that you are cooking. I made 4 to 6 quarts at a time use 3 or 4 and freeze some.

      You buy bones and slow boil them for hours. Or just use collagen from the store.

      @Josecunyat 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Stop being vegetarian for a while. Eat the right things, recover... go back to vegetarian if you like. Or just do an exemption with bone broth. We need it for so many issues....

    • @FantasticExplorers
      @FantasticExplorers 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I mean vegetable broth exist.. but BONE broth is going to be extremely hard to replace!!
      (You can always just go organic instead of being full vegan)

    Thank you very much. I had a large blood clot under my knee in an artery, the size of a large grape. The doctor prescribed pills, I drank them, but the general condition was very bad, I could not step on my foot, and I had no strength at all, I even spoke with difficulty, I just lay there. It was so bad that I thought it was all over. Cellular nutrition helped me, I began to take it, and after the first intake, strength appeared, it is easier to speak. A week later, an ultrasound scan showed that the thrombus had resolved, although the doctor warned us that you should adjust for 3 months not earlier. I am sure that it was due to the cellular nutrition that the thrombus was so quickly resolved, it turns out that cellular nutrition thins the blood and improves the quality of the blood. A month later, blood tests were normal👌😁

    I have found that red vine extract and horse chestnut work well together. You must excercise everyday as well.

    • @leeleeturn
      @leeleeturn 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Of course! In fact the exercise is so important that you could just leave off the expensive red wine extract and horse chestnut. It's the exercise, dummy!😜😄😄😄

    • @klarissaclairiton9010
      @klarissaclairiton9010 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Pamela Nolan you take them in capsule form - so orally. Don't confuse red vine with red wine.
