Dr Axe: How long of time will it take, following these recommendations before the leaky gut is healed? How will I know when I should be back to normal?
I can't eat red meat because of RA BUT, I do eat roasted chickens, salmon and make bone broth religiously! I oven bake squash, yams. Use Zuchinni religiously. No dairy, I become inflamed. I do eat apples and occasionally a bit of brown rice. I also use Braggs' Apple cider vinegar, and eat mostly vegetables, a lot of nuts and spinach salad, cherry tomatoes. Coconut oil and Stevia. Home made bone broth! I have never felt better!! GO FOR IT!!

Dr Steven Gundry states that leaky gut is caused by Lectins which are contained in tomato skins and seed, grains, legumes and rice. I would avoid rice and apples as they are high in carbohydrates. I'm finding out Bananas are good, despite the sugars, my gut bacteria feeds on them and gives me monounsaturated fats in return. Despite eating lots, I'm still maintaining ketosis.
Thanks for not drolling on and on. Many of these types of videos are advertisements for a paid supplements program. Not this one. So, thank you for this.
Great video! I started incorporating bone broth into my diet and now am looking into adding good bacteria. I noticed fermented silver, gold, zinc, and platinum in the Leaky Gut Formula sold on your site. How do these metals help to heal the gut? I've never heard of a fermented metal before. How does fermented silver differ from colloidal silver?
Thanks for valuable information. One year ago I had a very bad stroke Hospital was declaring me dead on arrival while I was walking out the door. Next day they told my family I would never raise from hospital bed or walk. I walked 5 miles today I refusedAll medication. I consumed lots of garlic Ginger turmeric and good diet with lots fresh fruit and vegtables A DVT mysteriesly disappeared. Now I start natural cure for parasite detox then leaky gut and I autoimmune dissorder Thank you.
Really helpful video, thank you. I love how you get straight to the point, and keep them really clear and simple - so easy to make use of straight away :)
I do cook with coconut oil...I will start taking in bone broth I read on that awhile back that its very healthy...Goats milk my brother has 40 goats, he breads them then sells them at the sale barn in New Mexico. He gives the milk ""free"" to whom ever wants to milk the goats when I go visit him I will have to bring some home. I know that it healed one of my relative when he was a baby he almost died he is 60 years old now and still living...goats milk is a healer.
I drink korean oxtail soup that i make at home. Not only is it delicious, but you can feel your stomach and intestines getting soothed by the healthy oil and fat lubricating the irritated linings of my gut. I also stay away from tomatos (don't get me wrong. i love tomatos. I love food that contains tomatos like pizza, spagetti, lasagna, etc.) which has significantly reduced the bloating and fatigue i get from my leaky gut.
Hello Doctor, Thank you for this informative video. From what I understand zinc is essential in maintaining gut health, was zinc also considered when making this list? Zinc appears to be one of those nutrients less common in the diets of our plant-based friends. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on this. Respectfully, Eric S.

Flax is estrogenic- men need to avoid. Any food that gives you gas is telling you that it's hurting your body and causing inflammation which causes leaky gut. Beef is great for restoration.
I think it is very important to try to heal leaky gut, after you clear Psoriasis. I cleared my Psoriasis, after 20 years with eating 80% fruits and vegetables and 20% chicken and fish. Im definitely going to try to now, heal the gut to ensure I stay clear forever.
Such valuable information. Thank you. Some of the foods may be more expensive but one makes more back from savings on medical bills and medicines in the long run, not to mention being so much more productive.
What do you suggest: my doc said: no gluten, no oats, no yeast, no honey, no poppy seed, no sesame seeds, and no diary products. Not even sheep and goat milk. What king of kefir should I drink? I like kefir, but I found just from soy milk, which I don't want to drink so often.
I’ve been thinking I have arthritis and I looked back on my health notes and each time I’ve had a joint flare up my notes showed that I took ibuprofen! I didn’t really think about how perhaps NSAIDs cause leaky gut and maybe I have a reactive arthritis that can go away??!
I have a leaking gut And candida overgroth. What can I eat? Some things are good for healing the gut but bad for candida, like pears, blueberrys, salmon, etc
Thanks so much for this video! I'm getting ready to launch a series on Living with autoimmune disease (I have multiple sclerosis) I have been doing a paleo type diet for quite some time and it has helped tremendously with recovery!! Thanks for getting this into the hands of many

I did a 46 day juice only fast. Watch fat sick and nearly dead free on youtube. Changed my life. Got off my meds and rid of extreme ezcema and inflammation in my body. Also followed the fast with raw diet as well
Yay, found another great channel to subscribe! BTW, may I emphasis that it should be Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil as one of the foods you mentioned. My dog and I add a table spoon of this a day in our food. Good for gut, good for hair too!
I've been telling my friends for a while to add Flax to their smoothies. No taste and super benefits! Glad to hear someone else has the same brilliant idea!
Im 35 and trying to start a new diet, I'm on 215 pound only having 5.8 height, I'll try to eliminate some grains and add all this products to my chopping list.
Just started his book "Eat Dirt" yesterday. So much great info! I have psoriasis, so Im in need of all the resources I can get I just discovored this channel and subscribed. Im quickly becoming a big fan of Dr. Axe for sure! Finally someone who gets to the root of the problems.
Thanks for a very good video Josh. In Germany I can get Brottrunk which helps to clean and activate white blood cells. It is a fermented grain beverage with very high levels of probiotics. It is high in grain lactic acid. Being gluten intolerant - long term cause of my leaky gut issues - I was dubious about taking it and I do notice some side effects if I over consume. Surprised that you make no mention of coffee and black tea (caffeine) consumption along with grains and processed foods as something to avoid. Also, bone broth, coconut oil and veggies need to be organic or you are filling your gut with steroids and pesticides that will be counterproductive.
My doctor at Northwestern University Hospital in Chicago told me today that I tested positive for leaky gut, I shall follow this plan of Dr. Axe, my doctor was basically saying the same thing .
Hi Dr. Axe, I have a question for you. You don't have to do every single one of these to cure leaky gut do you? Because I'm vegan and I'm also very allergic to dairy.
Please make a video or blog post or something about how to heal your infant/toddler who suffers from leaky gut. Diet, tests people could/should have done, natural remedies, glutamine, probiotics, etc. Lots of info out there on how to help adults but not so much on young children.
As someone struggling with leaky gut and a sensitivity to FODMAPs it’s really difficult for me to follow a diversified diet which helps me to treat both conditions... there’s almost nothing left to eat 😥
Did you get tested for food allergies? I know the struggle with what you are talking about. Experienced intense abdominal pain with certain fiber. A food allergy test a game changer for individuals with food sensitivities.
@@lambert_university Thank you for your answer! Yes, I did get tested for food allergies but the results weren't like what I was expecting (for example, I get psoriasis when I eat nuts but apparently I'm not allergic to them). I also suspect I have a silent form of celiac disease since I react very badly to gluten and I even have the genetic polymorphism associated with it. Now I'm just following an AIP diet because I developed an autoimmune condition in the past few years (probably due to untreated leaky gut and birth control pill) and I hope I can lower inflammation in this way
I was suffering and I mean suffering from Diverticulitis. Grains, as mentioned by many professional and non professional, made it way worse. I thought I was on a path for the surgery. The pain, excruciating. Vegan diet made it worse. At that point I stumble upon a video "Fathead", that led me to try Paleo. I'm hear to say 5 months later not 1 attack, zero. I dropped 30 pounds so far, heartburn done, blood pressure back to normal. I cut out grains and sugars. I haven't felt this good in years.
Does anyone here with leaky gut also experience brain fog or acid reflux? I have brain fog incredibly bad and it's a huge negative influence in my life. After reading the symptoms of leaky gut, I think that that may be the cause of my problem. Just wondering if anyone is in the same boat.
+Amthehardest I experience both acid reflux and brain fog. I also have bloating when I eat which are all symptoms of leaky gut, but it could just be coincidence. The worst thing in my life right now is brain fog.
LG is the problem; the result is histamine production which causes a myriad of issues, generally due to a DAO deficiency. Bone broth and fermented foods produces histamine. But, I digress. Dr. Axe. Suggestions? What about taking pre and probiotics?
I remember my mother often cook bone broth for us when I was young in China. But I didn't really know the details of the benefits back then. I guess my ancestor figured out what's beneficial through careful observation long time ago.
Actually most farm raised salmon and trout are a lot higher in Omega3 because they get a very high Omega3 feed, higher than a wild diet. There are a lot of studies out. But there's the problem with toxins, medication, environmental pollution.

Great video! I really appreciate your work. What do you think about Kombucha! Best regards from Germany Fabian
Genuine question. If sugar is bad for gut health, why do kombucha and good probiotics thrive on it? Surely having sugar is providing fuel to probiotics?
Kombucha and Probiotics are simpler organisms who are not subject to digestive putrefaction like we are in our guts and colons under the influence of sugar. Because yeast (very bad for us in excess) and parasites like sugar too. If they don't get sugar, probiotics will eat pretty much everything else inside of us at a more leisurely pace. Like Dr. Axe says (and in my humble opinion he is one of the best health coaches I have ever heard) , it takes a more advance fungus to kill and eat a less advanced/complex fungus -- which is why reishi and cordycepts, although fungi, can be beneficial (although I like garlic and pau d'arco and raw meat more to kill fungus and build up the gut).. So take the probiotics beneficial flora organisms but try to avoid excess sugar. Probiotics capsules generally don't contain much sugar, which is good. (Once again, do your own research.)
I'm really not sure why bone broth is number one perhaps I'm ignorant, but I have seen some very fatty bone broth. I've been suffering with inflammation, sibo, likely leaky gut, and found animal fat to cause me more inflammation and pain. If Bone broth is recommended, isn't it best to stress that it should be as low fat as possible? The best ones for me so far have been banana / blueberry smoothies, cherries, Cabbage juice but the best one was probably purple sweet potato. I made a purple sweet potato and red cabbage soup, you should have seen the colour !
Raw fat is vital for the body. The brain is mostly fat. Dr. Axe agrees. He advocates vegetable fat a lot (particularly avocados), but I advocate raw eggs, raw milk, raw cheese, and raw meat. After all, what is the body made of? Raw meat, not avocados, and certainly not vegetables. You get almost no nutritive value from vegetables, and fruit acutally causes candida. The human body did not evolve to eat modern high-sugar fruit. All grass-fed organic sources of animal fat mentioned above contain healthy highly assimilatable fats and amino acids, which feed the body and brain directly. WE WANT TO LIVE by Aajonus Vanderplanitz is highly recommended. There is a learning curve here needed for deluded vegetarians, but they are generally too skittish and argumentative to learn very quickly. I know; I used to be one for years as a yoga teacher. It led to a lot of imbalances in my system. I am now much much healthier in every way at the age of 65 switching to a primarily raw meat and raw fat diet.
By the way, some people (including Aajonus Vanderplanitz) say bone broth contains toxicity due to the tendency of animals to secrete heavy metals and other chemical toxins in their bones. I'm not sure about this, but personally I do like bone broth -- while naturally the more organic the animals, the better. And beef and bison will tend to be stronger than any other including chickens.
At 2.06 he did say to take 8oz. 2 times a day. A pound a day seems quiet a chug-a-lug, and it isn't too cheap even at Wal Mart, but I'll try to go with that as long as l can. Just saying. Thanks Doc. 👍
I never knew that food can be bad for my psoriasis i will definitely eat healthier and be more smart about my food choices i also have Sebo-psoriasis im starting to get it on my nose and on the bottom of my eyebrow it looks like a patch of dey skin and kind of looks burnt i really need help, thank you.
A Request: Dr.Axe, there are not many videos teaching children to eat healthy. I try eating really healthy at home but my 10 year old son only wants to eat carbs, gluten, sugar. He also wants to be a soccer player and I am so concerned about his diet. He has a lot of heat in his body and I worry it’s a sign of inflammation already. Maybe not. Could you please make a video for children who play a lot of sports? Thank you so much
I have IBS and when I eat this types of foods that you have mentioned I suffer. Should I eat these veggies slower? Are they helpful once i have healed my gut? Should I use a probiotic and then start introducing these food slowly?
I have personally found the best thing for restoring bacterial balance in the gut is raw milk. If you fast on it for a week it will sort out any gut flora problems and a raw milk fast is ridiculously easy to do because you just don't get hungry on it as long as you drink at least 3-4 litres a day. I used to have chronic athletes foot that I could never permanently get rid off, but a week fasting on raw milk got rid of it completely.
+Spiritual Insanity Can someone with leaky gut drink raw milk ? I read something about raw milk still has all the enzymes in it to digest the lactose ( sugar ) in it . Is that right ?
+Kevin vr If you can naturally tolerate it, then milk is most certainly good for leaky gut because it is teeming with the gut bacteria needed to repair the gut wall, and you are also correct that raw milk still has the all the enzymes needed to digest it, including lactase for lactose digestion. In my opinion, if someone who thinks they are lactose intolerant cannot handle raw milk, it is probably not the lactose that is causing the reaction. It could be an intolerance to milk in general, or it could be an allergy to the A1 protein found in most milks that causes sensitivity in susceptible individuals. In the case of the latter, it is always worth trying A2 milk before assuming that you cannot tolerate milk at all.
Actually raw milk contains lactase forming bacteria (Lactobacilli bacteria). It's the bacteria that creates enzymes to digest food. That's what our good bacteria does in our lower gut. It's funny how all the focus in media or nutritional science has been on the enzyme that helps us digest milk, while ignoring the fact that it comes from the bacteria WE ARE DESTROYING through food processing. It's food processing that is killing our good bacteria and allowing bad bacteria, namely Candida Albicans, to flourish. The way we process food also involves adding excessive levels of high fructose corn syrup, with its high glycemic level encouraging the onset of Diabetes. Diabetes in turn, creates an environment in the body that is RIPE for Candida to flourish, as blood sugar levels remain high for hours. Also another fun fact, there's so much excessive high fructose corn syrup (like expired candy) that it's being fed to our animals, like cows, which in turn produce our milk. All of this comes down to the fact that we cannot sustain our current (or even past) population, without deliberately POISONING everyone. Supplying raw, organic food, of good quality to most people is cost prohibitive. And severely limits its shelf life. Processed foods are made in excessive amounts, filling shelves, and having long shelf life, while providing poor nutritional value (and being detrimental to our health). Without recognizing the problem of overpopulation, we're just treating one symptom while ignoring the cause. We can drink raw milk for decades and feel healthy, but that's not going to be a solution for everyone, and only diminishes in time (as population goes up, supply decreases, price escalates). Sooner or later we need to have a reality check.. and encourage people on a social level to stop breeding. We need sustainable communities, ideally where we can grow our own food (local farms and butcher serving the town, like it was decades ago) and live in balance with Nature.
It's not over population. The issue is getting rid of the psychopaths that destroy everything. Mother Earth can handle the population but we must be able to live in harmony WITH Her. That's means growing and cultivating in harmony with Her eco-systems. And we can't do that until humans take full responsibility for themselves on all levels of their being. And once we do that- this horrific A.I./Demonic/Psychopathic INFECTION will die off.
Hello there,I'm Nancy, love all the information you ate sharing..I do have a question,,I'm healing from leaky gut,,thyroid,menopause..but is this possible, since I had my gallbladder removed years ago..help
how do I know if I have leaky gut? My mom says I have leaky gut. But I don't think I'm showing any of the symptoms. So I'm not sure what makes her think that. Oh maybe it's because my neck has been hurting like crazy for the past few years!
Just saw your video about how to much fibers can be harmful to your digestive system like eating broccoli, cabbages etc. But here you mentioned that to heal my guts neec to eat some of it? I'm confused
How long does it typically take to restore your gut health when sticking to these foods? Is it different for everyone? Also, I make homemade yogurt but I make mine with store bought milk. Is this what I should be doing or using a less processed kind?
It depends on which problems you have and if you're eating also things that destroy the bacteria in your gut. Yogurt if homemade, get raw grass-fed milk, within fermentation the enzymes eat the lactose so in the end your yogurt gets 0 sugar

My friend and I had wonderful results with the zero carb diet
Tell me more 😅about
I wish you’d do a video explaining what each of these foods contain and do individually to heal the gut.
I’m sick of being sick my belly is a mess from this.
iv been doing collagen protein for 2 weeks and all my leaky gut Issues are gone now! Stuttering, gluten and dairy sensitivity all gone 😀😀👏🏾
i am on day 3 ...it gives me constipation and bloating
this video is on point with the book Gut and Psychology syndrome.
Thanks for not drolling on and on. Many of these types of videos are advertisements for a paid supplements program. Not this one. So, thank you for this.
I appreciate your positive feedback!
One year ago I had a very bad stroke
Hospital was declaring me dead on arrival while I was walking out the door. Next day they told my family I would never raise from hospital bed or walk. I walked 5 miles today I refusedAll medication. I consumed lots of garlic Ginger turmeric and good diet with lots fresh fruit and vegtables
A DVT mysteriesly disappeared. Now I start natural cure for parasite detox then leaky gut and I autoimmune dissorder
Thank you.
Hi. and how its going now ? Interesting story Im like to hear more about your stage. Thanks
This guy is awesome, he speaks very well and has s great attitude. Well done!
A cup of fresh papaya will offer relief from acid indigestion. It's like a miracle! Try it.
Gon try thanks
I love papaya
And a bowel movement!!
Every fresh papaya I pick up at the store are all GMO’s
How long should I be on this diet in order to cure leaky gut? Thank you for this very informative video
Hello Doctor,
Thank you for this informative video. From what I understand zinc is essential in maintaining gut health, was zinc also considered when making this list? Zinc appears to be one of those nutrients less common in the diets of our plant-based friends. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on this.
Respectfully,
Eric S.

Thank You So Much Dr. Axe You Have Confirmed What is Wrong With Me, I Have Bloated For 5 Years Now. I Thank You For All Your Utube Videos. I Thank You And Appreciate You Very Much. I Am Going to Order Your Book Too.
My gut has turned against Broccoli 🥦 it give me trap gas so bad I feel like I’m about to die I stop 🛑 eating a food I truly loved
How plzz tell me
Depending where you live, in certain stores its getting harder and harder to get wild caught fish.
bone broth; kefir or homemade yogurt; fermented vegetables - sauerkraut or kimchi; coconut oil; wild caught fish (omega 3); sprouted flax seeds; steamed vegetables
Such valuable information. Thank you. Some of the foods may be more expensive but one makes more back from savings on medical bills and medicines in the long run, not to mention being so much more productive.
❤️👍
What do you suggest: my doc said: no gluten, no oats, no yeast, no honey, no poppy seed, no sesame seeds, and no diary products. Not even sheep and goat milk.
What king of kefir should I drink? I like kefir, but I found just from soy milk, which I don't want to drink so often.
Are there more vegan options for healing leaky gut? There were 4 great options you provided. I'm just wondering if there are more that would help?
Yeah I was wondering that too.
These are general recommendations but people should adjust them according to their unique health conditions, everybody is different!
Thank you Dr Axe.God bless you!
I’ve been thinking I have arthritis and I looked back on my health notes and each time I’ve had a joint flare up my notes showed that I took ibuprofen! I didn’t really think about how perhaps NSAIDs cause leaky gut and maybe I have a reactive arthritis that can go away??!
THANK YOU SO MUCH !! HAVE A WONDERFUL AND BLESSED DAY !!
Did this help you? My mom has been suffering with stomach problems for a very long time and I just found this video im wondering if it will help her.

Do I need to worry about histamines in the foods I eat while, healing my gut ? Eating
Sauerkraut and avocado 5:15
Thank you so much... You're really helping so many people like me. 🙏
What about MCT 8 with 10
I've been telling my friends for a while to add Flax to their smoothies. No taste and super benefits! Glad to hear someone else has the same brilliant idea!
I don’t disagree with you, but men should be wary of consuming too much flax in their diet. It’s estrogenic
what's the indicator that you healed from leaky gut. no bloating??
Hi Amel, I been wondering the same thing, do you ever found the answer?

Hi I have a question can you tell me the best supplements to heal leaking gut
I eat kefir and yogurt. Also, I take a scoop of L-Glutamine daily.
Thank you so much for this video. Iv been trying to find a video that cuts straight to the point rather then just talk about it.
Very informative! Thanks
Does anyone here with leaky gut also experience brain fog or acid reflux? I have brain fog incredibly bad and it's a huge negative influence in my life. After reading the symptoms of leaky gut, I think that that may be the cause of my problem. Just wondering if anyone is in the same boat.
me yes me I'm going to die! I need Jesus can't even drive anymore my life is gone from brain fog
+Amthehardest I experience both acid reflux and brain fog. I also have bloating when I eat which are all symptoms of leaky gut, but it could just be coincidence. The worst thing in my life right now is brain fog.
Me also if someone get relief plz tel me

MercifulFate I do too
LG is the problem; the result is histamine production which causes a myriad of issues, generally due to a DAO deficiency.
Dr thank you for your efforts to educate us because is a great benefit to us , thank you
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, DR. JOSH AXE, YOUR CHAIN IS GOLD!
Best regards from Germany
Fabian
Many thanks! I'm about to embark to embark on this diet - which I had not heard about before this week.
Hi Dr. Axe could you do a review on 'restore' gut supplement for leaky gut. Thanks
Extremely helpful information, thanks 👍
Genuine question. If sugar is bad for gut health, why do kombucha and good probiotics thrive on it? Surely having sugar is providing fuel to probiotics?
i have the same question.
Alicia Croft maybe it's about balance.
No sugar is good its all man made search Dr Sebi
i've tried all of them and the probiotics make me feel 10 times worse. and i have a clean system. not sure it's all it's cracked up to be.
Can you please explain the difference between food sensitivity and food allergies? Thanks
That soup sounds good...
Julius Evola Refrigerate the #BoneBroth, remove the hardened fat, heat and drink the #DefattedBoneBroth. 😎
+Joseph Barclay Ross High protein diet is a sure fire way to get Cancer. Good luck with that.
At 2.06 he did say to take 8oz. 2 times a day. A pound a day seems quiet a chug-a-lug, and it isn't too cheap even at Wal Mart, but I'll try to go with that as long as l can. Just saying. Thanks Doc. 👍
Am so grateful to you DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on TH-cam, for curing my PCOS sickness within 14days, with your natural supplement......🤩🤩
From what I understand, cooking sauerkraut eliminate the healthy benefits.
Moderation: cook it moderately.
Other than the coconut oil, he basically just described a traditional slavic diet (what my grandma ate)
i suffer from psoriasis a leaky gut desease....and the dairy part scares me, as ive been doing a raw vegetable and fruit diet....
Non-dairy probiotics: Kombucha, coconut yogurt, soy yogurt, uncooked sauerkraut
soy screws with the hormones. throws them out of wack. maybe temporarily if you know you need estrogen to balance.
Doctor sir, you both are my favorite person ,very nicely describe I am low laver English standing person .but your expectations I can understand
Thank you so much
Of course why did I expect a video by Axe not promoting bone broth.
interesante video, pero aun necesito encontrar mas informaciòn de what is a leaky gut diet? Gracias por el video es muy interesante.
Thank you for your Vids, I am Vegan, is there any way I can heal my gut within my diet boundaries?
I needed to hear all this - thank you again for helpful information.
I have IBS and when I eat this types of foods that you have mentioned I suffer. Should I eat these veggies slower? Are they helpful once i have healed my gut? Should I use a probiotic and then start introducing these food slowly?
Does your stomach growl alot
Yes mine growls a lot
Thank you for reinforcing what I need to stick with I am on the right track and healing! Amazing!
+Spiritual Insanity Great, thanks for sharing. Check out my article on the many health benefits of raw milk: draxe.com/raw-milk-benefits/

That makes sense , thanks so much , I will take vitamin c

This is great information, thanks! Just found you today, what took so long??
how do I know if I have leaky gut? My mom says I have leaky gut. But I don't think I'm showing any of the symptoms. So I'm not sure what makes her think that. Oh maybe it's because my neck has been hurting like crazy for the past few years!
Just saw your video about how to much fibers can be harmful to your digestive system like eating broccoli, cabbages etc. But here you mentioned that to heal my guts neec to eat some of it? I'm confused
Vegetable soup
One thing i noticed helped me was not over eating. Keep your portions small so that all your food gets digested instead of fermenting in your gut
What should I take for intestines Inflammation?
Hey, great videos but it would be better if you added pictures of the foods you recommend.
I thought the same thing.
Thank you for sharing 😁
Should we consume broccoli and cauliflower since they are GMO?
How long does it typically take to restore your gut health when sticking to these foods? Is it different for everyone? Also, I make homemade yogurt but I make mine with store bought milk. Is this what I should be doing or using a less processed kind?
It depends on which problems you have and if you're eating also things that destroy the bacteria in your gut.
Yogurt if homemade, get raw grass-fed milk, within fermentation the enzymes eat the lactose so in the end your yogurt gets 0 sugar
Fantastic Info thank you so much for this!! you're saving people's health and their lives with this!
Do you have a dairy-free alternative to the yogurt or kefir? I can't eat dairy products and it's quite a challenge to find probiotics. Thanks!
Kefir is 99% lactose free

You can make your own yogourt with coconut milk. Delicious.
