💥 My mother had developed bad varicose veins !! I found the most easiest thing she could do .....and it got rid of them.. If it is blood pooling in your legs, I told her , everyday, lay on the carpet and put your legs up the wall for 15 minutes. So your bottom is close to the wall, your legs are up the wall resting on the wall. I read that it worked, and it did! They are gone, mostly. She had them for a year. You are welcome. read the update she needs to do it daily.

Thank you Dr for posting this video. I have had spider veins, varicose veins since my teen years. I am now 53. I have mentioned this issue with every Dr. I have come into contact with, and NOT ONE, let me repeat that... NOT ONE single Dr. gave me any information, any plan of action, NONE of them helped me. Veins on younger women is considered to be a cosmetic issue, now that I am over 50, veins are expected. Yet to have them my entire adult life is a bit much. No one would listen to me. And they still don't. I just mentioned this problem to my current GP, and I was ignored again. It is not only frustrating, but also sooo disrespectful. For more than 30 years I have been trying to get help with this, and in just under 7 minutes Dr you gave me more information in this video, than all of the Drs I have seen, combined! I appreciate your time and continued efforts to educate the public on common everyday medical issues and real medical solutions.

Now within the last year I have been diagnosed stage four cirrhosis of the liver and I do not drink and I do not smoke and as I have listened to you I have learned so much thank you. I am one of those that developed the varicose veins after pregnancy. I was so happy to have heard of the RedVine Leaf extract, immediately got some and began taking religiously. It has been 13 weeks, and there is no change for the better. Perhaps, they are worse. I'm 53.
The idea from the comments, where the daughter instructed her Mom to lay on the carpet everyday with her legs up the wall sounds interesting. I'll try that. This venous insufficiency is getting uncomfortable and I'm having to wear the stockings everyday.
I'm back about two months later to update about laying with my legs straight up (like the daughter's mother did...earlier in these reviews). It's working. It took about a week and a half, laying with my legs up my wall for 15 minutes, everyday. One afternoon I noticed that I did not have my tight stockings on. Wow, was THAT exciting. It hadn't occurred to me that I'd needed to stop and put them on. Now, at two months, I can go frequently without the stockings...not yet all the time, but it's obvious that this is super helpful. Also, I noticed that drinking coffee made my veins feel bad. I had to quit coffee. But, the trade off is good. Also, I found a strong tea that is really good (strange, that doesn't bother them) and roasted dandelion root drink took place of coffee👍.

Right on, thanks for the comment and the update. Glad you are seeing success. I just started taking some vein supplement that contains Diosmin and vitamin K2. I’m going to try the legs up the wall as well. I’m a 39 yr old woman and I’ve had these darn veins since childhood. I started getting those sclerotherapy saline injections at age 14 but it’s just a temporary fix. They always come back with a vengeance. My spider veins definitely got worse after Covid as well. They look so awful that I couldn’t dare show my legs in public.

Very interesting, thank you! Not drinking coffee probably additionally helped because caffeine uses the same detox pathway in the liver as estrogen. So this helped you get rid of excess estrogen. As well, dandelion root tea helps detoxify the liver. These along with the wall laying sounds like a great treatment plan. Thanks for this!

@@rkvic1919 I am still adding the exercise into my routine, but It does get annoying to stop and lay down daily. I'm not one of those people who likes to remember to do anything like that. But it helps. Also, I'd quit doing the Red Vine Leaf that Dr Berg mentioned and just did the leg exercise. But, perhaps they were working together, because even though I've kept up the exercise, the veins haven't felt as well as they were with both the supplement and the exercise together. So, taking the supplement again, too👍

@@eldoty9687 Because cheese is in three of the six food groups to avoid for people who suffer from varicose veins. They are salt, saturated fats, and dairy. The other three are sugar, alcohol and refined grains. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, unsalted nuts and seeds, lean protein, and herbal teas (stinging nettle, raspberry leaves and mullein) are good foods along with adequate water (no chlorine and no fluoride). Did you take raw apple cider vinegar with mother (organic Braggs or homemade), apply castor oil (home health brand is a good one) and oil pulling with it as well as take one or more of the herbal teas mentioned before? Horse chestnut also helped many people. You suffered a lot; I am sure at least one natural remedy will work for you.

I could write a book on dealing with varicosities ... I am 77; it all started when I was 15 years old. When I was 17, doctors did surgery on both legs "stripping" the large veins that run up and down on the inside of the leg. That was supposed to prevent problems with future pregnancies. However, it did not ... my first pregnancy was so very painful, flat on my back w/my legs elevated for months. I was in too much pain to walk, so went swimming every day, doing laps, to help the poor circulation. During birth, a vein that had been super engorged burst ... what a mess. Within 4 days of the birth of my child, I had 4 clots in my right leg. That was followed by decades of dealing with varicosities and clots. Sonograms showed that the valves in my veins were not opening and closing to pump the blood through my body. They just kind of flap about uselessly! Hence, decades of walking and rebounding every day to pump the blood through my body. Keeping my weight down is required. I wore Jobst stockings for years, and daily during pregnancy. I would wait until the pain was so bad that I couldn't walk anymore, then search for a surgeon who understood the pain and how to stop it. Had Sclerotherapy in 2002, and it was like night and day. Such relief. Sadly, he retired. "Veinablation" in 2012 was awful. In 2018, I searched for someone who did the Schlerotherapy and found a Cardiologist who did both legs, one at a time. I had waited too long. It was about 6 weeks before all the pain subsided. He said not to wait so long before getting relief, but to get them removed before they get so bad. I've had over 7 procedures since 2018 so haven't been in the severe pain. There is no cure ... I feel like I was born with a compromised circulatory system. My father's sister battled Thrombo-phlebitis most of her adult life. In the meantime, I continue to rebound, and walk 4 miles a day to prevent clots. Sadly, I did have a small stroke in my 30's and a mild heart attack at 70, but by the grace of God, I'm still here! I do 10,000 steps a day to pump the blood through my body. At 77, I am still very active. I've gotten clots from medications, so I don't take medications anymore. I am very pro-active re: my diet ... choosing quality of life over quantity. I'd like to die "moving" like my grandmother who died at 73 rowing a boat! It was a clot - aneuryism in the brain. My mother was ahead of her time, she always said, "Keep moving!" My daughter is a Physical Therapist with the elderly population. She signs all her communications, "Keep Moving!" So yes, it's possible to live a full life when dealing with bad veins. I hope this helps someone else too ... God bless you all! \o/

      @@elizabethtara7658 from "CoperH2o"
"The three main branches of copper supplements are 1) pure copper, 2) copper with other binding ingredients, and 3) copper present in multivitamin compounds. All of these different supplements will make use of a number of different forms of copper, namely cupric oxide, cupric sulfate, copper amino acid chelates, and copper gluconate.
many medical professionals maintain that the chelated or citrated copper forms tend to be of most use by the human body. Chelated copper simply means that the copper has been bound to an amino acid or molecule of protein in order to make it better for absorption. Similarly, citrated copper simply means that the copper was bound to a citrate molecule, also making for better absorption.
The thing with copper supplements is that they are sometimes a double edged sword. Regardless of the type of supplement you choose to take, you will almost always find yourself at war with your own zinc and Vitamin C levels.
A too high intake of copper will noticeably impact one’s zinc and Vitamin C levels in a negative way. Similarly, too high intakes of zinc and Vitamin C will do the exact same to one’s copper levels. The three have a tumultuous relationship within the human body, and this is why figuring out the exact amount required for harmony amongst all three elements is so important.
The most important thing to remember when taking your copper supplements is that neglecting to honor a safe daily dose can cause kidney failure, and become fatal in the process. Always be extra careful with your copper dosing! "

This is exactly what’s going on with me. I had no idea about the liver part but since my estrogen is “high”, and progesterone low, it’s also causing the majority of my migraines and heavier periods which prevents me from building up my iron so I am constantly anemic. I’ve noticed so many more spider veins and lumpy veins since my last pregnancy. I’m an elementary teacher so I’m on my feet all day. I exercise a lot more in summer because of the fatigue from standing in school year. I’ve begun making my own natto and eating it every day along with adding a little apple cider vinegar to my water but this is the FIRST and only video I have found connecting my issues.

I had been keto few years before and during my last pregnancy and my blood pressure was in the perfect range during my keto pregnancy.Pre keto I also had extreme swelling in my legs which disappeared after the diet change. I try to work out every day but I will give the vine extract a try! The issue in my left leg is purely cosmetic but it bothers me tremendously. I am tired of feeling too self conscious in shorts. I have an aunt that has deep vein thrombosis and varicose veins in both legs. My mom use to tell me that I would have them to eventually. Well I am happy to say I don't. After 3 pregnancies in which one of them resulted in multiples, I thought surely I would get them, but I still didn't. I am wondering if they will catch me in old age, which I am not anticipating. The differences between my aunt and I, is that I am physically active, I drink herbal teas all day, I drink alcohol on occasion and I stretch daily. I also eat lots of fruits and vegetables and meat once or twice a week mostly fish. So I guess I must be doing something right. However if something happens, I always have Dr. Berg to refer to. My legs swelled up to 4 times their normal size during the last trimester of my pregnancy and it was miserable. After delivering my beautiful baby, the fluid retention dissipated after 48 hours but I’m left with hundreds of spider veins. In some areas there are so many clustered together, it looks like bruising. I have not been able to wear a dress or shorts in 4 years because I feel so self conscious about my spider veins. I am 34 and don’t want to live like this anymore. I’ll try anything.

You need to see a vascular surgeon! Look up vein clinics in your area. Insurance will usually cover varicose veins but not spider veins because they consider it as cosmetic. I had this problem after my pregnancy, I didn’t even know I had varicose veins until I was tested with a ultrasound. The surgeon told me they were hidden and that is the reason I was having spider veins. Even after the surgery you will probably need to go have a saline treatment yearly for a few spider veins. Hope this helps!

The best remedy for varicose veins is red vine leaf extract.
Red vine leaf extract may also be beneficial for:
    • An enlarged liver or spleen
    • Swelling in the lower legs
    • Hemorrhoids
    • Bruising
    • Nasal congestion
    • Capillary thickness
Red vine leaf extract is also a great anti-inflammatory and can help balance the permeability within the capillaries.
Along with red vine leaf extract, you may want to try doing more rebound exercises and walking regularly-stay active.
If you have a liver problem, an excellent natural remedy is TUDCA.
If you have a problem with excess estrogen, you may want to try DIM.

@@DDumbrille Wether you believe in any of the God's worshiped today is understood. But to see the amazing organization, complexity, information man still learns every hour, everyday something new.
It it difficult for scientists to even describe much without using terms that imply organization; complexity, design, and purpose.
There are constant attacts on the Bible-which I studied the top (by population/believer count)10 religions. Their, for instance, "account's of Creation", all in comparison to the Scriptures, was like comparing a little childs fantasy description made up. While the bibles detailed account of creation , states what types of life were created in what order, is very close- or same (cant remb exactly) to what scientists have found.
There are quite a few things, that show wisdom way before man had knowledge of them. For instance, when God's people were in the desert, they were instructed to take their stick with them when they used the bathroom, so as to cover it. Thousands of yrs b4 knowledge of germs-seems pretty basic-however in India, previously/still Mexico and other 3rd world countries-they still openly urinate/deficate and leave it. A lady from India was expressing the difficulity in bringing abt change there. Here, we have people with knowledge from health officials-yet the do not obey. Also, there were many other regulations on their diet, what to do if a insect died in a bowl (it must be destroyed), not to touch dead bodies, and on blood, also prevented crulety to animals. The day they were instructed to circumcise was 8th day-which has been discovered, is for male babies highest day for vitamin K (for clotting blood).
Why were so many regulations given to people-who had zero knowledge or reason to imagine such strange laws.
There are many many other amazing facts; similar to these. However, even most theologians-themselves dont really believe the Bible -and when discussing it, they promote their own dogma or ideas-many are so far out & away from the general info. stated & easily read, supposedly being discussed, but it is presented as fact. These many types of constant critisism and fraudulent info. presented in these ways constantly demean the scriptures and how amazing they really are- -constantly makes the Scriptures look like something completey almost incoherent at times, or so useless and bizarre. No wonder it has been given an increasing bad reputation.
So Bible or not-how does -accidental evolution-explain The Nervous, Adrenal, Endocrine, Digestive, etc. etc. "SYSTEM"s?
Why can't any can't animals reproduce outside of their "kind". There is more chance of just one of the events described taking place in evolution-so many zero's after the chances of each one-when fewer zeros than the ones proposed-is considered by Mathmatician's /Scientists admit these # are too improbable to ever even happening!!
Unable to discuss it fairly here, but there are many good publications where people have written and challenged the "facts" of the Evolution THERORY. There is just as much faith (or more?)needed to follow this "therory" taught as fact. With all material written by men, who we've never met- and only on their word it is taken that everything they do is honest, complete, and reported with out bias or conjecture!
So I envite you to really consider how perfect this planet, & all the amazing life on it-&-how does the Therory of Evolution answer Why we are here?
Why do we have a conscience? Where do thinking and emotions come from? And why? Without imperfect man's ruining it, the Earth was made to be more than a grey rock-we have zero need to see in color. Taste food good or bad, smell, so many things. We are the 1st people to ever promote everything happened on its own-People from other time period-would think we were idiots! Counterdicts common sense.
Science acts like a cell just "divided" perfectly one day-No biggie-when, it shows purpose & thought-reason. Then it accidently did it trillions of times-changing cell types, with pre"programmed" purpose & precision-.
I hope-just because many religions that claim to follow the Bible-but don't obey it, causing much division and confusion...
The Bible doesn't condone hypocritical behavior-in fact many laws used to carry the death penalty-for just it. So either way-there is obviously Superior wisdom that created the Universe, Earth and life. Way more believable than the Everything happened by accident-& became more & more improved, with the Laws of physics ETC as a side of beneficial chance added!
Lots more blind faith seems to me!
