As someone with Lyme and other issues, my game changes radically practicing QI Gong, especially Zhan Zhuang (it is worth the research on YT); barefooted outside in Nature, with sun! Thanks for the enlighting video😊

Threw away sunglasses a few years ago, working outside most of the day, eating like a caveman and now my brown eyes are changing to green.

What does it mean your eyes turning green? Is it indicative of being healthy?

Wow one of the best things I've heard on TH-cam in a long time, Carrie is an absolute star ! not sure what wavelength that is ?

Just seeing your question! What wavelength do you mean? I use the Circadian app to tell when certain wavelengths of light are present in my local environment, in case that's what you mean!

This video is one year and 19 days old at the time of this writing. Do you still have insomnia? Blue vervain tea really helps, so long as you're not on blood thinners.

Light mostly cured my insomnia, but thank you :)

Hey, Yelena! Thanks for reaching out. Too hard to cover everything in a single video, so Carrie wasn't able to address specific conditions. If you'd like to learn more from her, you can check her out at carriebwellness.com. I know she has an FAQ product that you'd be offered not long after signing up for her free product guide that addresses best times to be out for UVA, in general, which I know is also great for the thyroid. Otherwise, she also has a membership community where you can ask her questions on 2 live calls every week if you have specific health concerns!

Really enjoyed your discussion with Carrie, she is a wealth of information. I will always think of your discussion when listening to the Beach Boys - good vibrations. 😊

Just get to the point ASAP. Nobody has time to waste on these drawn out intros.

Thanks for the feedback! It's my show, though, and I like them. I spend a massive amount of time (and money) creating something you get to listen to for free. If they're not for you, that's what a FF button is for, or you may simply find many of Carrie's things (or my other guests) elsewhere! As it turns out, I also don't have the capacity or time to waste with total strangers on the internet who aren't investing in me or my work/art, but feel their critique should be given merit along with others who are. Again, especially when you get this for free.
