Mushrooms did wonders in my life. I'm a veteran, was actually addicted to alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.
YES very sure of Dr.benfungi. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Thank you for sharing this point!

Paul has changed my life. I followed his microdose regime of 4 days on 3 days off for a few months. No one in my life can recognize who I am these days, and thats an amazing thing. Im learning who I am again. I went from mentally living in a constant hurricane to living in an occasional sunshower. Thank you, Paul, your research has saved my mind from itself.

@@swisstrader I used doses so small I didnt even notice the effects of the psilocybin. I used it more like a vitamin than a drug. I obtained them legally from local dispensers.
@@swisstrader More specific about my experience? It was a mental awakening. I realized how much of a POS I was. How I was hurting so many people by me exsisting. Thats because I couldnt see through my own bullshit. Microdosing somehow, someway, forced an awakening within me and that mindset faded away to nothingness. I recently lost my daughter January of '21 and I attribute me not mentally spiraling out of control to microdosing.

I recently started to learn more about magic mushrooms for my own personal interest. Little did I know it would lead down a rabbit hole to just how magical all fungi are and integral to our planet. The effectiveness and vastness of these mycelium networks is mind blowing to me.

I'm in college and I decided to take a class on fungi. Only two weeks in I am absolutely in love with these organisms. Watching this made me fall deeper in love and I am incredibly thrilled to begin my journey learning about something so absolutely fascinating.

After the Netflix documentary with this incredible guy, the way I see nature was completely empowered even more by the intriguing mother nature, where we come from. We are just amount of cells compacted roaming around with something called conscious stuck somewhere in one of the most, if not the most intriguing organic system nature developed through natural selection, our brain. And we use it in order to figure out nature, so this is nature trying to figure itself out. This is astonishing. Thanks mushrooms, I maybe wouldn't be able to type this quantity of writings if it weren't by your effects in our fellow ancestors, which might have led to our cognitive revolution.

It takes effort and passion to conceive a plan and accomplish it as in actuality the plan is constant and never ending so a lot of people quit midterm or before they ever even start. 95% of the people who claim they would change or make change actually never did. It's hard and hard is not for everyone. I hope I'm wrong but probably not. The Earth is fucked and so are we, all.

I've been wanting to try magic mushrooms but I'm abit scared of having a bad trip! Do bad trips occur often when taking magic muchrooms?
Frank Stein there are alot of factors; personality, mood, set and setting, dosage..probably best to take them with someone who has had them before, erowid would have alot of good info
It's always a possibility, but as long as you remember that you are tripping, and that you will ultimately return to your normal state of being, you will be fine. The best trips I've ever had started off as bad trips.

It must have alot to do with personality like you said cause I can smoke marijuana and start tripping and almost freak out. I did that when I was 15 smoking pot with friends. Of course we found out it was laced with something after the fact but 2 of us freaked out on it. I so wish I could smoke some and NOT get paranoid. But I've always been a. nervous kind of person so that must be why. It sucks though.
This lecture restores my faith in humanity. Fungi just like any other species are conscious beings. I hope I can understand and experience more on this subject.

I looked up more about Paul and have told countless people about him.

I understand his excitement and passion about mushrooms. Recently, after years of not seeing them, I noticed mushrooms growing everywhere on my property, which is a heavily wooded five acres. They were even growing in the graveled driveway. My theory is that the recent growth is promoted by the increase in radiation from Fukushima. And yes, the idea that mushrooms thrive on and convert radioactive substances is very good news.

I have loads of mushrooms in my garden aswell, They seem to be popping up everywhere. The more we pollute, the more they grow :P
I mean the radiation from fukushima would only effect you or the mushrooms if you lived near it. Other wise the radiation from fukushima was neglegable or almost nothing on the total radiation on the earth

This is wonderfull, I am working with mycelium now and this video open so much door to me eventhough it was 13 years ago, hopefully many other people engage with how mycelium could be in saving earth, I also have a thought about plastic from mycelium but it's still need more and more research

Fantastic! I have always believed that mushrooms hold the key to many problems. This is even more proof on why we should rethink how we approach issues that we faces not only on Earth but in our bodies as well! This is the first time I have heard of this, but I can most certainly say I will be doing more research and activism to promote this information for the future!

I just happen to have a 2 by 4 foot grow box right now cultivating Cubensis. It's fascinating to watch the progress and growth from spores to mycelium to fruiting mushrooms.

In 1976 I began my college education in Mankato, MN. It took a few years, a few other majors, to realize I wanted to study Microbiology. I had found my calling and was totally adsorbed in the study of life, unseen. I later decided to pursue Mycology. Sometimes you just have a sense of the right direction after you've tried all the wrong directions. Unfortunately, I never completed my college education, but have been very interested in Mycology. I am so fearful of what could happen. I am afraid of a bad trip. I've Never used drugs of any kind, so I would be so scared once I felt something start happening. I would love to experience what mushrooms (or even ayhuasca) could do to unlock spiritual potential as well as medicinal benefits. I did end up finding some Paul Stamets Host Defense mushroom products at my local health food store and purchased some of those products for immune support. I think it works wonders, every time I've felt even a bit sick in my throat or glands, I spray a few times a day and it's gone immediately. ❤️

@@katiem1988 microdosing is so you get the benefits while not getting high. if you want to get high where you actively feel the effects 1-5 dried grams is good to start. Get n a good mood and optimistic find a good setting. maybe some nice view that is quiet.

hdrjunkie I don’t know if they abused them but if you drink too much usually you end up a fat couch potato yelling at your wife all of the time in your 50’s. Same thing will happen with overeating. Not downplaying the dangers of psilocybin I’ve definitely seen stupid people go down the wrong rabbit hole with them, that’s because they were stupid lol. But as food and even drinking moderately can make you a better person eating shrooms can in my experience. Overindulgence of anything will make an A+ student turn into an F- student. they might’ve got into other things aswell

So many applications from this one man's love, interest and dedication to studying mushrooms, one if not the oldest form of livong organism still alive today. Mind bogling research - makes me want to leave my job and become Paul's disciple and spend my lifetime implement real and meaningful changes.
If there was as opportunity to partake in that venture I reckon that I would love to do that too, we don't realise how far behind in life we all are because of chemical pesticides, if people think second hand smoke is bad & it is, we have changed that circumstance for the better, but how much worse is pesticides, there is a really good tedx talk called "Broccoli the DNA whisper'er" check that one out if you are interested but "this gentleman" Paul Stamets I reckon is a modern day Prophet.
