I agree with the other comments, the fridge freezer looks disproportionate to the house size 😕 But saying that I still am completely obsessed with watching these tours, ESPECIALLY when they have bits of furniture in, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say how great is it to see the space used and furnished 😍 (the bathrooms are wow as well, so generous as you said). You two are doing a fantastic job, your videos keep pulling up on my feed and I guess it's about time I subscribed 😆 Can I please request that we also have more affordable homes thrown in the mix though? 😍 I absolutely adore this house but it just makes me think how unattainable it will be for me to buy it 😆 Anyway thank you guys, keep up the hard work 🥳

Bruh if someone has that much money they might aswell add the extra cash and buy a plot of land and design their very own home. My auntie wanted to do this but instead she spend alot of money renovating her current house, its 3 story 5 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom home with multiple lounge areas and at most I'd say it would be valued at 500,000. I live up north just outside Liverpool so it's much cheaper here

Then purchase a worthwhile property in a beautiful country to live in. For this price in Nottinghamshire, I would want my own REAL driveway, a bit of privacy, a garden with grass that spans more than 1m^2 and a garage that can actually fit a car. Not a bunch of houses crammed into a plot of land with ugly surroundings.

As others have said, the Fridge Freezer is too small, but What were the developers thinking? There's no space in the Utility room for another fridge/freezer, and even the washing machine is a washer/dryer, which we know are super slow to dry. There *is* a space in the kitchen, by the door to the hall to put a 2nd fridge freezer, but it would block the 'island' cupboard. Architects did NOT think this through. And, what about a door to the garage? Some people might convert it into a room... but again, the utility room has no space for it, so only possible in the Kitchen by the windows. Come on Developers, try actually living in your creations, then you would realize how stupid you are! I think Matt knew some of this, he was kind of dismissive about some aspects. What has happened to designers these days?

This is marketed as a family property yet the fridge/freezer is barely adequate for a singleton! A decent sized fridge/freezer would be essential. I would have thought the developers would have realized this. Other than that it's not a bad property.
