I love to see these videos from Matt & Summer with all the UK homes. They are so different than those here in Texas. It seems that house prices in the UK are a lot higher than here. $600,000 (I think that is around 490,000 pounds), you can get a giant home here, with a huge yard. This being said, I wish I had the money for such a home myself as well. :)
@@AgentPepsi1 it's the same in Canada. My grandfather moved from just a normal sized house in England (tiny really) to a massive house with land in Canada for the same price. We're crammed in the UK - tiny houses with tiny gardens or no outside space at all, and the prices are going up and up and a crazy rate. It's getting to the point of being almost unaffordable to own your own home
i like the house for the price, and a garage that will actually fit a car in. The only thing i dont like is the garden is a bit too small. If its a 5 bedroom house the owners going to have children and not a lot of space .

We enjoy watching your house tours. One thing that I’ve noticed with new builds is that often the utility room is off the dining/lounge area of the kitchen. I personally would prefer the utility room off the kitchen end as it’s more practical. I liked the styling of this house except for those low hanging lights in the lounges as the ceilings where too low for them.
This is total bullshit. I live in the north east. Why do you keep touring houses priced at roughly double what theyre actually worth? Are you getting paid to help flog houses that people refuse to pay extortionate amounts for?
As we get to know the area more we can explore a variety of properties and price ranges. It’s hard to know the value of lot’s of different UK areas as it can vary so much even within a few miles. New builds also carry a premium over traditional properties meaning they will usually be worth more than another house that’s the same size in the same area

Another fab house tour in the glorious North East. Think I’d swap the dining and second living room around. Slightly disappointed with the kitchen and the size of the garden but overall great value for money.
this would honestly be one of my dream homes! although my mom does not want stairs to be seen in the front door, she believes thieves or like killers can easily come up stairs, reason why we dont have stairs and we have a bungalow house, and doors hidden😆
Trust me you can get something even more beautiful than this in Newcastle/Sunderland for an even better price! The north east is so good for house prices and actually a great place to live!
Could you do more of the Worcestershire and Herefordshire areas there seems to be quite a few interesting houses but they don’t always put a lot of images and that online.
