Oh wow, this is five minutes down the road from me lol. Welcome to Maidstone 😎 This has been on the market for a while, over priced as similar in the area for this plot size went for under 900k. Granted this looks better on your tour than on paper. But essentially this is a 4 bed house with a garage conversion. Kitchen isn't well thought out, bedrooms are average size. Although the downstairs living area looks nice I dont think this ticks enough boxes for the price. £850-875k would shift it. Thanks for the tour though.

I really like this house considering that it's pretty close to London which is a priority for me and my wife and for the price it's fantastic and kinda cheap tbh, it offers a lot for the money. I'm impressed and great tour guys love it you guys are awesome. Mat and summer the best house toureres in the UK keep it up ✌❤

Visit Ashford, 30 mins away from Stratford and 38 mins away from St Pancras by train, there are loads of new modern apartment's and houses just built near the station or much bigger places at near by villages like Mersham, Canterbury is good too.
You guys should come to Portugal and tour some homes!! There are many huge developments and new builds along the coast and they’re amazing for you guys to check out... they’re also luxury properties similar to the more expensive ones that you tour
I’m originally from Kent and the house reminds me of an oast house shape... you’ll probably find more similar ones across Kent. I now live in Northern Ireland and for what we sold a 1 bedroom flat just outside Maidstone have bought a 4 bedroom detached house with large garden and sea views. When it’s COVID safe I suggest you head over Irish Sea as I think you’d be astounded what you can get for £1 million here in NI. Plus the incredible views. X

Love the house but find the sizing a bit poorly judged in places. What's up with that tiny bathroom shoved into the eaves of the office wing? Not particularly luxurious. Meanwhile the first floor ceilings are about 3m high.
Does anyone know why they make roof so low? Like if you're designing 2 floors why make one that even people who are average height can barely use. Summer could barely fit in that bathroom beside the office/study

Kudos to the developers for actually remembering that people need wardrobes to put clothes in! Although the shower room in the annex is a bit of a joke - they chose to design the place with that head height - they didn't just have to fit it into a space, as they would in an existing property - so they should've either built it higher or just used the cupboard as a loo and had that space as storage. I do like the place overall though - the faux barn conversion look is pretty cool and certainly makes it a bit different from your typical new build.
