Seems like your logic is dead. This is a 4 door COUPÈ because it is based on the mercedes cls (03-11), but you said it isnt a coupè sooooo... Proof: If you look at the side of both cars you will see a line from the front wheel arch all the way over the fuel door to the tail light (i know that because i own a cls). Now you know...
@@burns1210 Before calling someone a moron, check your facts: this car is, in fact, a coupe-a 4-door one. VW and Mercedes started this trend with respectively the CC and the CLS and other car makers (like Audi with the A7 and Honda with their new Accord) followed this trend.
www.worldwidemotors.com/blog/difference-between-a-coupe-and-a-sedan/ "Most people would define a coupe as being a two-door vehicle while a sedan is a four-door. That’s actually not the case, since coupes can have four doors and sedans can have two doors."
Is a rattling dashboard common problem for Passats? drove 2 and both had same problem. The brake pedal needed to be pressed a lot further to make the car stop. How much does it cost to replace a master cylinder or the brakes?
Hi, nice reviews. Been watching all of them. I have a few questions, hoping you are active to respond to comments. Are you hungarian? what cars from 2005 to 2013 would you recommend for reasonable maintenance cost? Plus for 2016 -... what manufacturers would you say are solid, german, japanese, korean?
Hi yep, I am hungarian, but I speak slovak language as well -you know it's hard to tell, but generally the most reliable cars are equipped with a regular naturally aspirated 4,6 or 8 cylinder petrol engine which has regular injection, so not direct injection -japanese and korean brands are usually reliable and they have a lot of naturally aspirated petrol engines to choose used german cars require more attention to the regular maintenance / preventive maintenance = higher maintenance costs to keep them running, so it really depends on your personal preference
another question, what are your thoughts on these new 3 cylinder turbocharged engines that all manufacturers seem to use these days? I figure they must be good especially if the car is not so large and regularly maintained.
I own one, go for it. Downsides are too small. The 2.0 tsi is a tested engine. Dsg transmission too. I could only complain about raddling in the dash which I already found a solution for. I put an android radio 10" size on it from china by myself, people get crazy when they enter in the car. Im putting 20" wheels on mine next week too.
da rewuw is being shitty lol show me the petrol comfort sedan or coupe without any issues up to 200000 miles and with no rust from2008. there just aint no such. all newer cars aint made to last they are made to brake down and rip you off
WalkinOSF I had an 09 Passat for 4 years (same engine) from 30k to about 70k, no problems. I have had a 2012 cc lux since 2014 and have put about 40k on it (65k on the odometer) and have had no problems of any kind.
Silver Evans I guess it’s a roll of the dice. I think if you get a certified used from the dealer with less than 40k, good car fax history, you should be ok. Mine is still going strong and I have had no problems of any kind. My Passat before was good too, and my wife has a 2014 jettawagon Tdi that is very reliable.
VW tried so hard to build a "cool coupe" but this car looks only better than others VW the quality i think is the same shitty VW and im surprised how this car has become popular and a success, i mean just look the quality of interior material and leather!
actually i own one of these and i am very pleased with that :D. very comfy driving. Parts are pretty cheap whats good and they last well.. atleast i have driven with this baby almost 2 years now . And what about casoline... damit... 3.6L / 100km... its grazy, ofc its with autopilot and with 98km/h , but still... moving well, quite fast and comfy :)
Ive had my 2012 CC 2.0T since new. It’s about to be 2018 and thus far, I’ve only had 1 mechanical issue with it, which was fixed free with the power train warranty. I’ve tuned my car a bit to reach around 310hp. I always get compliments on my car, people break their necks to check out my car as I drive around (because it’s an unusual model and rare to find here in Boston MA). But what has intrigued me most, is the interior quality. Yes, its had some cheap plastic parts, but compared to its competitors, the quality is actually really good (something you must experience owning one to notice). The leather on the seats (with regular conditioning maintenance) is as mint as when I first bought it. I’ve seen BMW’s and Benz that released around 2012, and their leather wore out bad, like really bad. You’ll find discoloring, or the leather cracks and gets wrinkly or stretched. My leather seats are mint, no ware. And for leather seats, that’s an oddly rare quality. My CC has successfully assisted me in scoring a ton of women lol no joke dude. That tells me a whole lot about my car. Boston is so filled with Benz BMW and Audi, that my CC ALWAYS grabs the attention as the nicest VW many people has seen. It pays to be different and the highlight of the line of cars at a traffic light :)
Josh The dude thanks for your comment broski. Ive just purchased one and I love the interior. So much nicer than other VW models and has all the extras.
Tim Goldsmith yea I have a 2012 cc luxury and it’s great. I bought it used in early 2015, have had no problems. I think it’s a classy looking car. I think black is the best color in this car in my opinion. I had a 09 Passat before the cc. Very similar cars, the cc just looks better.

I’m taking a look at used 2013 CC with 3 owners and has 65k miles does anybody think I shouldn’t make that move?
Make sure you change the tensioner or you will be buying a new engine.
So you need to change the timing chain tensioner after 100k km?
I intend to buy a 2012 FJ cruiser Jeep....
Could you do a review on that one ....?? . TQ.....
Are they extremely unreliable compared to Lexus and Honda ?
Can you make a video about the Seat leon
good reviw
Seems like your logic is dead. This is a 4 door COUPÈ because it is based on the mercedes cls (03-11), but you said it isnt a coupè sooooo...
Proof: If you look at the side of both cars you will see a line from the front wheel arch all the way over the fuel door to the tail light (i know that because i own a cls).
Now you know...
Der Keks-Gott Coupe means 2 doors you moron. And don't brag about the CLS. It's on every "worst cars" list, the Black Sheep of Mercedes.
VW says it means "Comfort Compact"
@@burns1210 Before calling someone a moron, check your facts: this car is, in fact, a coupe-a 4-door one. VW and Mercedes started this trend with respectively the CC and the CLS and other car makers (like Audi with the A7 and Honda with their new Accord) followed this trend.
@@tbg6070 your a fucking idiot.
www.worldwidemotors.com/blog/difference-between-a-coupe-and-a-sedan/
"Most people would define a coupe as being a two-door vehicle while a sedan is a four-door. That’s actually not the case, since coupes can have four doors and sedans can have two doors."
Nice video! You could make BMW 1 Series first generation!!
Or seat leon/Skoda octavia RS generations
Is a rattling dashboard common problem for Passats? drove 2 and both had same problem. The brake pedal needed to be pressed a lot further to make the car stop. How much does it cost to replace a master cylinder or the brakes?
Arrow Straight yes a rough idle is normal for this 2.0t 4 cylinder motor , even brand new Audi A4 with same Motor has rattling at idle
great video can you make video passat b7
it's on my list
Hi, nice reviews. Been watching all of them. I have a few questions, hoping you are active to respond to comments. Are you hungarian? what cars from 2005 to 2013 would you recommend for reasonable maintenance cost? Plus for 2016 -... what manufacturers would you say are solid, german, japanese, korean?
Hi
yep, I am hungarian, but I speak slovak language as well
-you know it's hard to tell, but generally the most reliable cars are equipped with a regular naturally aspirated 4,6 or 8 cylinder petrol engine which has regular injection, so not direct injection
-japanese and korean brands are usually reliable and they have a lot of naturally aspirated petrol engines to choose
used german cars require more attention to the regular maintenance / preventive maintenance = higher maintenance costs to keep them running, so it really depends on your personal preference
different car review thanks for your response
another question, what are your thoughts on these new 3 cylinder turbocharged engines that all manufacturers seem to use these days? I figure they must be good especially if the car is not so large and regularly maintained.
Get a corolla s
Hello, do you recommend buying a 2009 2.0 TDI model with 200k km ?
Cool videos ... Your accent is funny tho :). I have an accent aswell. Im from Romania
I bet his accent is from Hungary.
No, he has a typical Chech accent, perhaps Slovakian. It's unmistakable.
CC stands for coupet concept
Comfort coupé
Good video very nice car but seems like there's too many negatives you make me not want one
borg386
Same here... Just made me loose interest... Now i dont know what to buy...
RedHotChileno I know right? I'm also researching the VW eos. So far, not bad.
What about the 1.8 tsi? I read some horror stories about the timing chain problems...
Gustavo Teza send s a picture of the radio
The automatic transmission in the 2.0T petrol pre face lift models was not a DSG (on the 1.8T it was a DSG).
Please stay away from the vw cc
Looks nice but is a piece of garbage the transmition fail after 150 k
2019
2021
da rewuw is being shitty lol show me the petrol comfort sedan or coupe without any issues up to 200000 miles and with no rust from2008. there just aint no such. all newer cars aint made to last they are made to brake down and rip you off
This car is full of problems with the engine, so be prepared to burn money, it's a money pit. That's why are so cheap.
WalkinOSF I had an 09 Passat for 4 years (same engine) from 30k to about 70k, no problems. I have had a 2012 cc lux since 2014 and have put about 40k on it (65k on the odometer) and have had no problems of any kind.
sigfrern1970 touareg1970 thanks for the info I was looking to buy one
Silver Evans I guess it’s a roll of the dice. I think if you get a certified used from the dealer with less than 40k, good car fax history, you should be ok. Mine is still going strong and I have had no problems of any kind. My Passat before was good too, and my wife has a 2014 jettawagon Tdi that is very reliable.
no that's only the 2.0 tsi mate, the tdi and vr6 are bulletproof
@@slashtrio I am considering it, CPO, so hope some peace of mind. Yours is which year, and u put how many miles, and paid what on maintenance?
Genauso?😂 00:43
The dsg is a fucking big problem !!
"3 pah-sengers"🤣

LOLONO62 yes genius. Any car can break down. Fucking Einstein
Bullshit comment

Check out my vw cc!!!!!!
My ex new boyfriend has one of these from 2010😂
U are fked my man if he got the vr6 then she upgraded your lame ass if its not the vr6 then she downgraded
Really sad that the narrator sounds like he's just done selling oranges on the highway before doing this
Really sad for your family that you've turned out the way you are.
CC stands for "crappy carbon"
Tim Goldsmith after all those months, did you have any problems or reparations to do on the car? I am looking to buy one!
