Congrats on the upgrades! As for the water pump, they extended the warranty on many of the CBFA TSI units to I believe 130kmi. Have your local dealer run your VIN and file a claim for at least the cost of the pump if covered. My CCTA TSI failed for first time at over 120kmi but wasn't covered according to the VIN. The two pumps are a little different since the CBFA has an extra sensor in the pump housing. Have fun with the new parts! I installed my AWE K04 kit at 108kmi and its like getting a new car.
My pump just went out at 120k and it was not under any warranty and had to pay full price of 950.00 for new pump and labor

Awesome build and Tyler is on point with his knowledge of German kraftwerk. That exhaust is way too docile for $10K + worth of mods. Mimics sound of a bumble bee sucking last bit of fluid. Consider a magnaflow resonator and a muffler with valves that open at full throttle. VW sound great with deepest exhaust tone. Two thumbs up.
You know for someone dumping so much time, money and effort into their car, you sure missed the boat on capturing it on video to share with your viewers. Don't get me wrong, your car looks bad ass, its just too bad we dont get to see the transformation.

wow man, amazing mods! The result is very unique. Did you modify any of the engine internals? What's your take on oil catch-cans? IMO: going over 18" for track use will be too much (tires need to be able to flex for cornering grip).

Ko4 upgrade is awesome I had mine done about 6 months ago (apr)mine is manual transmission. the dsg is a bit quicker I think.

see this was done while ago, with the time pass, what kind of MPG do ya get with the mods? does it pass CA emissions for lic? one thing don't miss about CA. i have 2017 Jetta GLI and a great car, looking for few mods just to make it a bit more fun.
I'd recommend a stage 1 or stage 2 tune for more power, it will be a night and day difference.

As a fellow VW CC 2.0Tsi turbo owner , how you like that trunk harness issue?? Lol mine went out last week again!!.. I have to pull the rear set down climb in the trunk pull the lever to open the trunk now once again lol. My wife's hers same way I dunno wth vw was thinking when the wired the trunk that way. So I'm building my own trunk wire harness. Because I got a big system in mine as well so it's kinda hard to climb over 4 Sundown Xv3 8"s and a Skar RP.4500.1D to reach that trunk emergency handle lol. My wife is running a single Sundown Zv5 10" which weighs 130 pounds with it's box so it doesn't move either lol. Both of ours have the K04 turbos ect. And God they both are stupid quick now. Our oldest daughters BF kept talking smack and saying his dad's Jetta would beat either of em 😂 it's a stock Jetta btw.... And he didn't know he thought they was stock 2010 n 2013 CCs lol n that Jetta is a newer one which wouldn't make a diff anyway I had a few Jettas n already know what was gonna happen 😂. But I didn't say anything for the Longest time but got tired of hearing it.. so I pulled out $200 n said this says it won't. Any of those CCs out in the garage would suck it's head lights clean out of it lol. And he found out the hard way lol. Now he doesn't even bring that Jetta back up.. thank God

YO can you help me1? I have a volkswagen cc passat 170 HP 350 torque.. I can step 1 upgrade it optimize the engine to 223 HP and get 437 in torque for just 3k in sweden (300 dollars, 300 euros approx) Should i do it? Are there any big disadvantages to consider?? It's a 2012!
Sorry bro, but you bought the wrong engine, you should buy the 3,6 or TDI, the TSI's suck ass. In one had its very sad to see someone burning so much cash on this car in the other its exiting.
I own CC myself, Rline 2.0TDI 170hp, with 4motion and all the possible extras. I will chip it most probably to get something about 200hp and 400nm of torque, but otherwise there is no need to toy with this cars they are comfortable daily drivers, they never will be a sports cars, buy a miata for that ;)
If you want to do some performance tweaks for cheap, buy VCDS cable and software, and enable/disable some assistants. When you enable the XDS you will be amazed ;)
Last but not last GTI lol!, sorry but only Golf is GTI, yenks got again ripped off, buy Rline bro, buy a rline36(thats rline trim + 3,6 engine as there was no r36 for CC) or Rline TDI, latest 130kW can be tuned with stock parts up to 220hp, with 4motion, DCC, XDS and some other tweaks you kick ass + you still have a comfy daily driver

A high flow German cat is further down the downpipe just after the bend.
I'm not sure why he didn't just pull the core support completely out and then do the intake water pump with it out, would of been much easier
