I’ve just watched enough to realize you’re hiking from set to set… before I understood that I thought it was a bit over the top with cheesiness. But… now that I see you’ve walked atleast a couple minutes away… idk it’s cute though. I dig the videos. I’m finally caught up on cosmere stuff. Oh except for ‘unbounded’ or whatever that is. Super stoked on stormlight release. The last one came out just after I finished the third… someone I was traveling with pulled it out. Made the rest of the trip pretty magical. Having someone to explore the cosmere with.. and an unexpected book. (lol the trip was prison… so the book and the new friend truly were pretty magical)

Makes me curious about how Kelsier and Marsh didn't go absolutely crazy after having their souls shattered. Wonder if there is something special about them in particular?
What's interesting about Era 1 Allomancers is that they need to "snap" to get access to their allomantic powers. Their souls were already cracked open a bit due to trauma, and Marsh's soul has a ton of gaping cracks. Harmony could 100% take the wheel if he wanted to. What I'm curious to see is how Marsh deals with the memory issue if he lives longer
You know it kind of just hit me that if spren have an easier time bonding to spiritually damaged people. Shard blades might be "healed" by the opposite. Probably not, but it would be a nice parallel. I mean, Adolin seems to be the one filling in the cracks of other people's souls.
It does sound like a soul stamp, but it would be more permanent because it's an exact match of what was lost. Dang. Now I want to read the Emperors Soul again. It's so good!
I gotta wonder how damaging or otherwise altering someone's soul fits in with all times and places being one in the Spiritual Realm. How do you change something when its future is the same as its past and its present?

Yeah they have been pretty long recently. I wrote ahead and tried to schedule a time, but there was still a line. The Unkalaki were very nice, and I was super impressed with the area. The hike up there was cold and snowy, but all those springs make it soooo nice up there!
Seeing as spirit web damage can be “patched” with enough investiture. Am I wrong in thinking that the identity damage to singer and spren on Roshar could be fixed with enough investiture too? Like if you gave a deadeye concentrated dor would they come back to life?
