Doesn't matter where you live Daniel, be it in downtown or in the middle of nowhere, you'll never leave your apartment to take part in any activity or event that's available in most large cities downtown areas anyway :-)

Heartbreaking?! Maybe for you. People value different things. Wildlife Photographers spend all their money on equipment and live in a van. Some people spend hundreds on rent, thousands on clothes and social events. Some rent a small apt, yet have BASS BOATS, and thousands of fishing equipment.
Priorities are different to each person. I prefer to be outside on land. Camping equipment, tents, animals gardens, flowers, pools, etc. A small cabin w a wood burning stove to stay warm, floor to ceiling windows to look outside and a bed to snuggle up in is perfect!
That's a lot, you can get it cheaper than that. I paid £230 a month

True! The place he’s living in for $500/month is considered expensive for a Goshiwon living. This usually cost between $250-$400 a month: private toilet and shower but a shared kitchen and laundry. Rice, ramen, kimchi sides, bread, coffee are also included depends upon on the Goshiwon what free food they offered. How i wish we have this type of apartment living concept here in the US.

Daniel s actually quite creative with his meals. They re quite impressive.

You could see if your local grocery stores sell Spaghetti squash aka vegetable spaghetti. It is a vegetable version of spaghetti when it is fully cooked. It is better for those folks who are having diabetic issues. It does have a sweeter taste then the pasta form. It takes about a hour at 350F/176.667C to fully cook.
Mushrooms are technically not a veggie. But they belong in their own kingdom.

He´s not unusual nor weird, he is normal, but most people whose lives aren´t free of troubles or worries (even doubts) want to make him seem like he is a serial killer sociopath etc...

I would try to guess that those same people are jealous that he gets money-making vids in a different way, he makes vids like it´s a diary, if it helps him getting is thoughts in check on the mind, it´s ok, it´s no different than religion, people rely on religion the same way he rellies on this channel.

this is an amazing cheap room for one person. You have your OWN toilet, bathroom, even an in unit washer. and a kitchen.
In the U.S. you live in a 2 bedroom apartment for $826.00 a month with no utilities included, in addition to not having an insulated window so you'll hear noisy traffic outside. East Asian housing is so much modern than North American, and much more affordable..
A 2 bedroom apartment in Panorama city, LA rent in a 2 bedroom outdated apartment is $2100/month.
$800 is real cheap for a 2 bedroom.

1. I would wash my clothes with soap and let them dry
2. I would reuse plastic, paper, and clothes so i wouldn't have to buy other things
3. I would buy food that is already made in stores
4. I wouldn't use the electricity too much
5. I would keep a few pairs of shoes and clothes
6. Buy anything that is 1 dollar
7. I would try and sell expensive stuff
8. I would find life hacks online
9. I would find things in the garbage and wash them to use
10. Unplug to not waste electricity
