    This Arduino Tutorial explain about how to make air quality monitoring and alert system using MQ135 sensor in ppm. MQ135 sensor is useful to measure air quality, co2, alcohol, NH3, etc with proper calibration. AQI is helpful to analyse climate change.
    Components: Arduino Board, MQ135 sensor, 16x2 LCD, Potentiometer, Resistor, LED, Buzzer, breadboard.

    How to prepare an Arduino based project which can separately measure all components included in AQI and the total AQI? Which arduino processor -Sensors - display are used? Coding? Power supply etc...From where can I get this complete information?

    • @ecit
      @ecit  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      To develop full project, use MQ series sensors (MQ2, MQ6, etc) and PM sensors to get Individual AQI data like PM10, PM2.5, CO etc.
      Now apply AQI formula on measured data, so you will get AQI.
      I think any 8 bit processor can do this task.

      Well, you can use analogRead pin of MQ135 to do this.
      1. If MQ135 values is very low then, you can print on LCD that AQ is good.
      You need to add if condition and digitalWrite command.

    • @ecit
      @ecit  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      While Interfacing LCD, If you don't have Potentiometer then you can connect,
      PIN 1 (VSS) to Ground
      PIN 2 (VDD) to +5V
      PIN 3 (Vo) to Ground
      (These are LCD Pins)
      Potentiometer is use to vary contrast, however you can use LCD without potentiometer as per above mention connection.
      You can also add small resistor (1ohm to 1k ohm) at PIN 3 to Ground.
