Day eighteen complete! Today's workout taught me that 1) I need to work on my balance and 2) I reallllllyy need to work on my core strength (but I knew that one). Although it looks simple watching the video, the workouts today were a bit hard. But nonetheless I persevered and completed all workouts with little modifications. I'm currently sitting on my floor wondering how I got so sweaty from a 15-minute workout 😭good job to everyone participating. I believe in us.
This one was more difficult because I think there was more unusual type of positions, but so unique! It is so fun to do which is why I enjoy your workouts so much! This was hard but exciting at the same time!

Hi Madeleine, do you think you could show us a quick example of how to do a more demanding exercise? For example, in this exercise at 13:44 I'm thinking of doing it with my legs fully extended, as it feels particularly easy to me, but I'm not quite sure if it works the same areas of the body.😽
