That's an awesome 240z Michael !! I had one for best part of 20 years. In Australia, all the manual cars were 5 speed. Wonder why they had 4 speed in the US?
What a beautiful example! Very very clean and sounds great. Our ‘71 has been in the family since new, so I understand your passion for these cars. Great video and thanks for sharing 👍
Great video and you're totally correct, Michael ! My Dad bought a '73 and then a '75 with the 1st year fuel injection. I loved them both.Thank-you for sharing
W/ The Headers,Which I Would Wrap or Coat to Prevent Vapor Lock & Flat Top Carbs ,That Beauty Is Pulling Same or Tad More H.p. than the Stk.280' s,& With Wght .Diff. ,Prob.Beat A Stk.280.Beautiful Spec.,Miss my 78 280 Same Color.
@@QualityClassics A great well made enjoyable video of a great looking 73. On the points total you show, 293 would qualify for a Gold Cup award in street modified & retired the car from competition. Hard to believe you scored that high and placed 2nd, which means another car scored even higher. Are you sure the score was not 283, possibly a typo? In any case, congrats. (I am parked right beside you in the Zcon shot...)

That's awesome! Thanks :)
I had a 74 and found one of the best investments was a Front Air Dam, as the steering got light at highway speeds.
So beautiful craftmanship 👍 Great work
Hello, would you happen to have a set of carbs in working conditions? I need a set to see if my stock engine will run
Beautiful car . The console looks like a add on would like to get one for my 240z
The small grunt entering the car is the same sound I make getting into my s30z LOL 5:21

GORGEOUS !!!
Thank you
This car caught my attention 🤗
Tell DJ to get it for you ;) lol
@@QualityClassics Valentines day is coming up 😉 Lol do you have layaway? 🤣
Is that armrest/cup holder stock? I’m wondering if I’m missing that, looks nice
What a beautiful car!!!
I agree, love the well preserved Z cars
Wow, pair that with that silver GT code K and you are in for a win baby
How big are the interiors of these cars? Would a taller person like me who is 6'6" fit in the drivers seat?
You could fit, barely ..... I'm 6'3 The issue for you would be headroom, don't restore the driver seat with new foams and you'll be ok , lol.
Sounds awesome.
sound fantastic! classic inline 6 sound ,free revving and smooth.. the headers really help it breath
How can I get in contact with you. I have a 1980 280ZX I am trying to get refurbished.
Sorry we only work on our personal cars.

How does zcon rate the cars? Is it like concourse type rating?
Correct, and points are removed for deviations and flaws.

No, it's not sold. Check the website for details... thanks!
Seat-belts should be a choice, not a mandate. Bravo for not wearing one.
Granny shifting, not rev-matching like you should
