This is great! Your doggie will get used to it. They just want to go where you’re going so I think it’s great you’re including her. We do the same. We put a harness on our dog and attach to the trailer to stop him jumping out or moving. Keeps him safe then you can open the top and she can put her head out!
The new version of the tail wagon only has attachments on the left side and side the trailer arm is angled up when mounted on the left side, the wagon tilts down. You need to have the wagon attached to the scooter on the right side since the trailer arm would be in the correct angle to allow the wagon to be level as shown in this video. Currently the only burley product that still allows this is the Bark ranger which is 200 more
Have you used this much in the last 2 years? Any caveats or warnings? I'm about to put this mount on my new Emove Cruiser since I already have 2 burley trailers that use this same type of hitch. Just curious if you have had anything go wrong in the past 2 years that I would want to know about...
Well, after having had this hitch setup for 9 months and several successful trips I finally discovered the reason it's not a great idea: if the road is slick and you try to stop too fast and the trailer load is too heavy - the trailer will jackknife and you will take a face first slip and slide journey. Thank goodness I was wearing a motorcycle helmet so I didn't wreck my face. Anyway....be careful out there pulling a trailer with the Cruiser. It works but under the right circumstances the trailer may not want to cooperate with sudden braking.

Thanks for that info. I checked the Veromotors website and the scooter in this video has a max load rating of 352 lbs. That's way more than enough for the rider, the trailer, and Ellie.
How much does your dog weigh? Any concerns about size? Mine looks similar in size, 56lbs, and I was a little worried about the inside dimensions. How's your dog adjusting to the trailer? Do you still use it?
Hey I have a question could you tell me what’s the measurement between the two Screw holes the reason is that I’m trying to make a diy handle that mounts on by the back rear wheel and I haven’t got my scotter yet and I want to have the handle ready for when I get my emove scotter see if you could help me with that?

this is a top end trailer that is sadly no longer available since those in "Charge" placed us all in our cages folks . I've been on the waiting list for over 2 years now with no correspondence from them , shame as its the best out there

That wheel lock design is just like older handlebar stem lock designs on bicycles

You need a little Tow-Bar with Ball that is mounted to both wheel's that can swivel

The trailer is weighted for a 75lb dog. My poodle weighs 40lb the wagon is 19.4lbs so 40 + 19.4 = 59.4 lbs

I had to file mine out for my e-bike, typical bikes use 15mm wrench, mine took a 17mm, took me like 30mins to file out 2mm with a pocket knife lol

you can tow from either the right or left side of the burley trailer its your choice

if it's the emove cruiser voromotors sells a handle (they call it the tow handle); i think it was $25 but well worth the money.
