Few questions
1) Are classes at Harvard super difficult or mostly manageable?
2) Does being on Harvard XC make it more difficult to do school work because of the time commitment?
3) Is the environment super competitive?
4) I know the Ivy League schools do not offer college scholarships. Do they compensate you in some other way for competing on their XC/TnF teams?
5) Have you seen Obamas daughter around campus?

I'm in 8th grade and I run track and I'm going to run XC next year and I'm not sure how to breathe when I run, because I run out of breath and my mouth dries out quickly. How am I supposed to breathe while I run?
Use your nose also. To get out of breath less quickly, make sure you're breathing deeply from your stomach and keep trainkng, your lung capacity will improve over time.
