    Here's another one, though simple, it can be difficult. Take your thumb or forefinger and depress the small button on this device that is used to activate and deactivate the screen for several seconds. This will open a menu that will allow you to power down your device. Do this about an hour before bed, and it will be easier to sleep.

    In case anybody is wondering. Your vagus nerve is in that area. By rubbing, you are stimulating it and that causes it to lower your blood pressure, stimulate it enough it'll lower your blood pressure enough to pass out.

    Thanks, Doc ! I’ve had a horribly bad head ache on the left side of my head around the ear and down to my spine for over a week. I’ve been to the ER, and the next day my GP, no real help except strong narcotics. They barely take the edge off.
    This actually got the pain to subside if only enough to crash out for awhile, you’re a godsend. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏼

    It stops noisy thoughts while doing the method because you have to think about doing the method.
    I slowly count down from 99 to quickly fall asleep. It works because it is boring and blocks other thoughts.

      To sleep faster, while youre trying to sleep, try to daydream while going to sleep, it helps sleep faster for me

    I had insomnia for a week and was loosing my mind after trying a bad antidepressant, I didn’t want to take anymore “meds” but I finally took bendadryl and got to sleep finally and ending my misery, coming back to these videos I watched maybe it’ll help someone. This method in the video helped calm my nervous system but I couldn’t wait any longer to go to sleep. Also the Benadryl calmed my nerves.

    The room should be cold,dont use any devices before going to bed,drink water,talk to each other or read a book,lie down and breathe and relax,dont think about anything just focus on deep breathing,and go to sleep

    This really does work if used in conjunction with how the Army teaches one to sleep during war which is to empty all thoughts except the word, " Sleep.". If I do not do this I cannot sleep at all.😒😴

    You can also turn down the brightness on your iPhone/ipad further than just the pulldown slider if you use one for rain/thunder/music mixes to sleep but you find it is still too bright even if you have it on black screen or you want it on a lovely scene but it glows way too hard but you want it darker. Settings>Accessibility>Display&Text>Reduce White Point toggle on and slide to desired darkness. It'll turn the screen to black (works on iPhone as well).

    Yes I was trying this while watching the video it really relaxes yr body and make u feel funny like u took a sleeping pill it work for some people it does for me

    unlike others, i didn't have hard time finding the right bone when i tried this last week..what I'm having hard time finding now is a new job cause it's not only anxiety and stress that this technique has taken away but also my job as a security guard..

    100-200 times... sounds like a workout.
    After 350 times I knocked myself out with a frying pan, had the best sleep ever but woke up with a headache the next morning 😅
