Whoa! New baker here. Just tried this after being so nervous to bake bread and they turned out SO good! Definitely keeping this recipe for next time. Thank you for sharing!
This receipe is perfect, less time, less effort….and they came out great. I added more flour as the mixture was too wet initially and i added flour until i attained desired consistency, and i let it proof for 45mins before baking. I baked for 30mins @175C and covered the surface with a foil as it was browning faster than i wanted.
These are the BEST rolls I have ever baked. Today is day 2 since completing this recipe, and the rolls are still delicious and soft. Thank you SO MUCH for this recipe.
Wow just made these and they were superb 👏 I used a chia egg, which is 1 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 3 tbsp water. I also used Almond milk and dairy free butter. The result was still good 👍
Thank you SO much for this recipe! I made these today and they are honestly the BEST and easiest rolls I've ever made! This will be my recipe for dinner rolls forever! ❤
This was one of the most successful breads that I've ever made! I think I'll add more salt, garlic, or even rosemary for more flavor but the texture of the bread was nice and again, one of the easier recipes! Thank you!
This recipe was amazing! I used it to make cheddar swirl buns and they turned out super fluffy and perfect. The one thing I did differently was after shaping my buns, I let it rest for at least 45 minutes until it doubled in size. I also made sure that the milk was warmed to about 120ish degrees by checking with a candy thermometer.
This came out PERFECT! I just can't believe I just baked the best brioche I've ever eaten. My!!!!!!!!! Thank you sooo much! Honestly, this recipe is perfect... I mean, PERFECT. I have very limited experience with baking, and I simply strictly followed the video. Now I feel like the best baker in town 😊
I used this recipe the 1st time i ever worked with yeast & they came out just like this. I'm now making them for my 5th time & trust this recipe 💯 to serve these to waiting guests. Perfectly easy & perfect everytime. THANK YOU ❤
I made these Dinner Rolls yesterday and they were Amazing! I have made many Dinner Rolls, but these Rolls are definitely the best I've made yet. The texture of the Rolls are exceptional! They rise and set very well. Very delicous and a really great Dinner Roll! Thankyou for the recipe.
You're rolls is really devine and delicious and so easy to make, I got it right the first time and I could never get my bread right, now I gained new confidence, thank you!thank you!and thank you again!I'm from South Africa
Thank you so much for the recipe ! It came out exactly like yours. I used bread flour and added extra two minutes to kneading… the 10 mins proof was not enough for my home kitchen so I let it sit in the turnoff oven covered with a tea towel for 35 mins to allow proper proof…😊 baking time was increased to 20 mins due to my smaller square pan (10”x10”) divided into 12 pieces (approximately 2.3 oz each) Uber soft and webbed structure- very attractive… and absolutely a time saver. ❤
I was looking for a comment that stated they used bread flour as that’s what I have. THANK YOU. I will be making these for thanksgiving now. I didn’t want to have to go back to the store.
@@divyaalayamany7523i would think so. Again depending on your climate …I would add a tsp of water gradually should the ratio deems a bit on the drier side 😊 yes to the bread flour …better structure but may needs more liquid .
You had me when you said, "30 Minutes".... WOW... I have been making Parker Hot Rolls for 50 years... Love to eat them, but hate to make them... because it takes forever... I will have to try this... Thank you so much for sharing this GREAT Video..
This is my only go-to recipe so thank you and I'll be making them today 😊. My son's favorite is when I brush them with a mixture of melted butter and honey at the end,it adds an amazing sweetness as I don't use a lot of sugar in the recipe itself but just enough to activate the yeast.
Just made this using soured milk, cheap all purpose flour, rapid rise yeast and Zulka sugar… they were Divine! I may not have added quite enough flour because dough stayed pretty sticky, and should have let them rise just a touch longer, but this recipe did not disappoint. Using it from now on, thank you. 😊
I just made this recipe. I was a bit concerned when my dough did not pull away from the bowl after adding the butter, but it came together on the counter just like in the video. These buns are soft and delicious!
I tried this today for our breakfast but the outcome is not good,I follow the ingredients & procedure but I tried again next time,I think the kind of flour that buy in the market is not good.
Just made these and they were as fast and as easy as her video! My husband was so excited that I made these since they are the same as the ones we used to get as kids in school from the lunch ladies 🙂
I made these before New Year and by far the best n perfect dinner rolls I've made... I however proofed longer and uses active yeast slightly reduced.. but they turned out fluffy and delicious... Thank you
Omg I just made these rolls & omg they are heaven on earth!!! So delicious so easy to make & I used real butter & talk about deliciousness!! Thanks for sharing the recipe
I've never made rolls before but wanted to give this one a try to pair with our dinner tonight and WOW they are amazing! Hard to believe they were made this quick. I only had almondmilk on hand so I used that in place of regular milk. I had to add a little more flour but the end result was a Very soft and fluffy roll. SO good! Can't wait to eat some tomorrow with some cinnamon butter. Thankyou for sharing this great recipe!
Trying this recipe right now I’m so excited I’ll let u knw how it comes out . Noticed my flour was more wet so added a little more flour . Also let it rise or proof for 45 minutes . I’m about to pop them in the oven 🥹
I love this bread roll recipe for two reasons: One being it is quick to make and doesn’t require a lot of time and secondly, the taste, yup! Tasty soft and fluffy 👌
Made these last night and they were great! I did have to add almost 1 more cup of flour for it to come together and kneaded with the mixer for an additional 5-7 minutes. Thank you for sharing this simple, quick and delicious recipe!
I came to comment section to see if anyone else had the same issue, cause I was just making them and I had to add at least 1 more cup because the dough was just too runny. I hope mine don't turn out too dense because hers look amazing
My husband and our ten year old daughter made this recipe the other night to go with a roast he made. It was so good. Now I am going to do it with her. Thank you! ❤
I made this recipe today with my sister and we both loved the dinner rolls! I had to use more flour since I was kneading by hand and the dough was sticky after a few minutes. I'll definitely keep this recipe and share with my mother.

Yummy, I had to bake mine about 17 minutes but they came out wonderful. I have been looking for a quick yeast roll to throw together for dinner and this definitely fits the bill, thank you so much!
My first time making dinner rolls. I just bought new artisan @kitchenaid mixer. Out of the box it didn't work. I was so frustrated I forgot to add in the butter. I made these today and they turned out great! Light and fluffy as in the description. I did have to add about 1/2 cup extra flour because my dough was not coming together to form a ball while in the kneading process. I used the active yeast I had on hand that I use when making my breads, so I did form them into little balls, place them in the pan, and let them rise for about an hour before cooking. That worked perfectly. **The only thing I will do differently next week…is leave the salt in the recipe. There was a note to leave the salt out if you were using salted butter (which I was) and in my opinion, it needs that 1 tsp of salt. Other than that, a great recipe that is easy to make! ❤❤

This recipe calls for 1/3 cup of butter which is only about 450mg sodium, so less than 1/4tsp divided between 16 rolls. Just a tiny pinch extra per roll. This recipe tells you to remove an ENTIRE teaspoon of salt if using salted butter, so it's no surprise that they came out bland! Yummm! I’m excited to try these for Thanksgiving this year. Can the dough be prepared the day before? If so, how would I go about doing that? Or should I just bake them the night before and store them in a ziplock bags, or an airtight container? Thanks for sharing your recipe! 🙏🏼😊
Thanks so very much. And all my best Baking wishes for all of us!
