I love to see the older videos of the goats and see how much all have matured through the years. I love the bond between Maddie and May. Sweet girls (at least while they are kidding anyway). I just love this channel and the love you show for each of your goats. It's so wonderful to see how much you care for each of them. I've heard the Mayo story, but seeing it again after seeing Mayo kid is just amazing. Watching Mayo struggle last year to get Manly Maverick out and then have Maybelline was so powerful! But seeing her being born, and knowing that she struggled to come into this world is just like coming full circle. I know there were much more difficult births in 2020, but this is just the one that seemed to come back around from mother to daughter to grandchild. It just seemed very circle of life to me. Thank you for all you do to get us the content on your channel!
I was trying to figure out what makes your handling so exceptional .....! I think it's because you do it SO naturally, the goats are completely at ease with you , it's beautiful!
I had goats for several years so I am hugely impressed with both your results and the calm way that you handled both of the doe’s deliveries. There is nothing as wonderful as newborn goat kids.
It is such an amazing experience each and every time! I also have knots in my stomach hoping the turn out is good!
Aww I love that we can go back to Mayo's birth... Also it's the story you told before May repeated the same birth this year
You make an excellent Lamaze coach. The Mamma's obviously want you there helping out. 👍
Thank you!! I love my girls :)
Your knowledge is extensive. You really ought to be recognized for your exceptional and informative skills. Love tuning in though I only discovered you yesterday. Thank you for all you do for animals.
Well thank You! I'm glad you subscribed! :)
Congratulations on the new kids
They are soooooo adorable
My two Nigerians are due in days. Watching your calm, confident, no nonsense manner is very reassuring.....thank you
That is awesome! Let us know how many babies you get!!

Baby goats are always so pretty and they grow up and are still beautiful.

Crystal you are just amazing. There is no other way to describe it.
blue thank you for a wonderful video. you did a great job momma #2 :)
We had that same thing happen. It was the scariest. I hate birthing complications...
Congratulations!! I’m counting down the days till my girls kid. (19 days)
How exciting! When you get that close it takes forever! ;)
Blue Cactus Dairy Goats oh my goodness it does! I just wish they would have them now!
I had to push two back in same birth it was a baptism by fire one baby was riding the first baby out on her back it freaked me out cause I thought she was giving birth to a double headed goat . Holy holy , had to push baby off then present baby one then go back in to find hooves on baby two ... Needless to say I understand that sigh of yours when the story ends well . God bless you and yours ...
Man I have had those stories too! Never fun! Hope all ended well there!
Wow, scary. Glad that little doe is ok, due to your intervention. Had you not been there it would have been a different outcome most likely.
Awesome , thanks for sharing. 👍✌️
where are you from? seems like you have a lot of plains around you? im from pennsylvania. we got a little bit of snow. calling for freezing rain tonight. like i said you dont see simple, enjoyable videos on here much. and i mean wayyyy much. but this was the first video of yours i saw. you know so much about goats. keep up the wonderful work!!
Thank you for watching!! We are in AZ.
Congratulations!
Thank you! :)
Good jobs ladies, congratulatión
I know this video is 4 years old but, I just wanna say I really appreciate everything you do. I have watched the majority of the videos on your channel and have learned a great deal. My first doe is due to kid any days now 🤞🏻 thank you for the knowledge.
so happy for you!! the countdown is getting low for my girl’s kids!
Thank you! And good luck!
Very pretty babies
I found your channel last night. And so glad I did!!! I Love how you explain with such detail. It is obvious you have a passion for what you do. I want some goats now!! ☺️🙃
I’ve decided your my mentor. 😬 Gonna watch every video. I’m in Texas. Do you know any breeders in Texas? Maybe I can buy from you and drive. 🤷🏻♀️ Sorry for all the questions.
I just realized it was only 500 mile radius
Hahaha! Thank you so much for watching!! I have sold to many people in Texas that made the drive to pick up their goats. I dont know any breeders in TX though.
That Emily Thanks. Then I may need to make that drive too.
That was me responding! Apparently from my daughters channel :)
Blue Cactus Dairy Goats I didn’t even catch the name difference. What part of Az are you in?
I looked on the ADGA website and there is only one breeder in Texas and really not a whole lot across the US as far as I can tell.
I was on a different website! 🙄
We have a lot of babies now!
Yes we do! :)
Great video
great video thank u for sharing!
That was scary!
My goat Jolene had three girls last month (JAN 2018). First one came out just fine. The second round was two at once. Really freaked me out! Momma was screaming at me to help her, which I did. The second girl had her head out while the third girl was coming out breach at the same time.
Oh no! That sounds like a horrible situation! Good thing you were there!
WoW! How did you assist the second two doelings out?
I have a goat and it gave birth yesterday to a baby girl
Congratulations!!
A good name for the last little baby girl to May would have been GRACE.
Love theStool.
Busy day!
I love your videos ❤️
I’m new and I just realized I’m 9 months late lol
Better late than never! Thanks for joining :)
I really hope u can answer this question even tho it was posted a while ago anyways how can u tell if they r polled? We have a baby goat but we bought it and we don’t know how old she is and she doesn’t have any buds? We have only been doing this for a year so we don’t know Much? Any help is appreciated 😁
Hello! I have a video on that and should help :). Here's the link!
th-cam.com/video/9wtEG_w6AuI/w-d-xo.html
Blue Cactus Dairy Goats thank u so much❤️
I notice you take the babies away from the moms ( sometimes?). Is that because you sell the babies or is there another reason ? I’m sure you’ve explained before but I’ve missed it somewhere along the line. Could you explain it again ?
Hi, you have dwarf Nigerian’s?
Beautiful! Whatever they are!
Yes, they are Nigerian Dwarfs. Thank you! I think they are beautiful :)
I wish you had videoed the problem birth so we will know how to deal with the same problem
Well I hope I dont have an issue to post. If we come across it, we will do our best. Things get serious in those moments and focusing on the doe is priority.
😍😍😍omg im in love!! Where are you i want to visit!!@
Wow. And this doe later turns out to be a permanent grand champion. Uffffff
One of the first batch of baby goats had an A on it
Busy day for you!
Yes it was! My favorite kind of day! :)
Yes it was! My favorite kind of day! :)
the white baby would be mine forever lol
Lol! I had the same exact thought! She is a lovely addition to my herd :)
How old are your does when you start breed them the first time?
A lot of things factor into that but typically a year old as long as they are healthy and of good size.
Thank you for replying we just got 4 LaMancha Doelings so I'm learning.
The learning will never stop! :)
I just subscribed
Thanks!
Blue Cactus Dairy Goats your welcome
They are so cute, What are u going to name them?
I kept the little white doe and named her Mayo. The other three are yet to be named by their purchasers :)
You have beautiful hair is that your own?
Haha. Well thank you for that! Yes it is my own. No perm o color. My mama gave it to me :)
I want I farm but my mom says no
My husband said no at first too.. lol
Farms are a LOT of work though.
What kind of goat s are they
Nigerian Dwarf. The best breed ;)
Mothers are suffers a lot be it insect, animals, sea creatures and of course our very own mother...
I believe the only exception is seahorses. The males take the eggs n give birth n watch over them. Lol
Lol
I am going to get a new baby goat
Good for you! It's baby buying season for sure :)
🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️🥰❤️🥰
