Looks great! I agree with you that it should’ve come that way from the factory. Awesome job on the front and the back. Now how do I fix my 2021 nightfall edition to look like that??? I like the look of the new KIA emblem better.
They don't do that because they want everyone to know it's a KIA with the high contrast. Especially on the Telluride because you look at it and it doesn't look like a KIA, it looks much nicer, and it is much nicer, lol. They really need to make their own luxury brand, and the Telluride may actually be a first step in that direction with its massive sales being used to fund it. Maybe in the future Hyundai/Kia will launch a luxury brand and they'll cut off the newer highest end trims from the Telluride, like anything above EX X-Line (which could go back to Nightfall) and then make a fancier version of the Telly with a turbo'd V6, improved AWD, and another inch or so of ground clearance over the SX-Pro with beefier tires and another inch or two of third row leg room that starts at $60K and goes up from there. That would be very interesting and I would definitely consider upgrading my SX X-Pro to that someday!

Personally I like the prestige KLexus badge overlays on my 2020 Telluride best but this looks good too. I’ve also heard that some people use black nail polish over the logo. It wouldn’t require the masking used here The nail polish could be either glossy or flat black depending on your preference. You could also use the small bottles of paint used on model cars.
I agree that the klexus badge looks so much better. The problem is, no one makes them yet plus the front grill is “sculpted” where the front emblem resides so I don’t see how someone could ever put a new emblem there and make it look good.

@@didifixthat7910 I'm thinking the same about doing a rear KIA logo delete on my new Cerato (K3/Forte) GT which I am picking up in a few weeks time. It carries the new KIA logo which I don't mind, but I think I would prefer to have a clean look at the back with just the 'GT' badge showing. I don't know if the new KIA logo is just stuck on with 3M or also has those plastic rivets which would then leave several holes in the tail gate. Decisions, decisions!
I think the old emblem was held on with double sided tape and I really think that these are as well. Just got our Nightfall in Dark Moss. Told the wife right away we gotta black out the emblems. Don't know why they couldn't just do it from factory. i was gonna try Vinyl wrapping them instead of plastic-dip.
Cool. Enjoy the new wheels. I think the vinyl wrap may be a bit more difficult to put on than the plastidip. Just my opinion as I have zero experience with vinyl wrap. The pkastidip has held up really well, 9000 miles so far and doing well. If you go the route of the vinyl wrap get the correct sheen as it may be too glossy. Keep me posted on how it turns out. Congrats on the new wheels.
Wow thanks for sharing. Will this work for last year's model that has the old logo? Is there also a plasti dip option that won't make it completely black?
Yes you can plastidip anything. I think the issue with the older logos is that if you applied the plastidip, the older style logo would look like a black football on your grill. They do make a much better looking logo that will fit on your car. It’s kind of a black k. I can’t think of the precise name of the logo but google it. It looks so much better than either of our logos.

Someone else mentioned glossifier. I am not exactly sure what that is? If the plastidip doesn’t hold up, I will be using either cerakote or gunkote. They are firearm coatings. Think of the black finish of a glock pistol. I’ve used the stuff before. Just have to media blast the metal, apply the coating and then bake it on. It’s extremely durable.
