updated my driver yesterday to version 526.86 and only noticed today that my GPU was spiking to 100% usage.... this fixed the problem like a charm. hopefully NVIDA fixes this eventually

I just got my first gaming pc Alienware r16 with a 4090, new to this I noticed gpu was staying at 99 percent with occasional drops to 70 percent.. is this normal? I’m at the main title screen for the outer worlds game not even actually playing. I have no idea what is normal. Seems like anything maxed out like that is not good?
hey do you have a fix for high gpu usage its the desktop manager and the client server runtime at first it was discord but now its these two who are using the 3D part of my gpu I think

but I didn't have this on in general it was always off but whenever I want to run the game valheim it says 100% gpu usage like I got a 1660 I know it can run valheim
Thanks Man sorted my problem of Desktop Window Manager running at 98 to 100% when i plugged in a third monitor was fine with two monitors but 3 went mad lol
i was using 528.02 driver version . I was playing gta thn suddenly stuttering started dunno why framerate has also dropped and yeah the 100%gpu usage. thn i install 522.25 , it fixed the stuttering and was getting decent fps but didnt fix the usage problem. Will it harm my gpu. The temperature remain 61 -64 . pls rply

@@TBright plus I noticed that my CPU having it goes to 50-75 % while playing low end games if it was and high end games or graphics intensive games like cod or GTA v rdrd2 it was fine but with low end Idk what to do
Huge problem here with my 3070 , GPU only has like 4 months and i start to notice that from time to time watching utubie videos GPU usage goes to 80% and the temperature starts to go high i mean really high for what i am used to , i only notice that because the the fans go into airplain mode, or it would probably TOAST my GPU ? I installed RTS on MSI afterburner to watch out the temps on task bar. Gona try that fix now and see how it goes , will update after i see how it goes.
That is a good thing, when gaming you want your gpu at 100 for the best quality and Frames. Also your temps are very good for gaming, nothing to worry about.
valorant is going to not need as much gpu power to run at very high fps, there must be a fps cap its hitting for it to only use 30%, its normal number everything's all good

My issue is why my render 3d using intel grafik than nvidia grafik? Why? There's anyone can fix it?

No your GPU is at amazing temps for gaming. GPUs are rated for 85 before you should start to worry.
I already had it off and it's still going 100% in all games..

My gpu doesn’t go 100% at any game but on dying light 2 reaches 100 in 4 min !!

We're you having this problem ingame? I was playing warthunder and it was idling at 100% and while playing it was going from like 60-100%
It was also filling up my gpu dedicated memory after a few games and making my fps go from like 160 to 20
Now it's saying my utilization is 0% while playing
