S90D is just all around best TV. Handles reflections better without a matte light absorbing screen. Awesome color volume that destroys WOLED. It isn’t bright and making things bright just for the sake of being bright. Hi Brandon! You know I'm on LG guy, I still have my 83" C1 you set up for me, but for anyone that lives where a Conn's is located, they are going out of business. I walked in yesterday and ended up getting a 77" S95D for $2300 NIB! All of the LG models were floor models only. Definitely a steal for anyone who has a Conn's nearby! All TV's are at least 50% off! I also got a Samsung 900C sound bar for $560 and 5he rears for $160! My bedroom setup is going to be awesome!
I have a bright room and found the extra brightness of the S90D a better value, refelction is suprisingly good (better than 95D IMHO). When matched wth the X990D soundbar system it is hard to beat the value, $4K out the door. TV and sound for the price of a top tier OLED.

S90D is far and away the best OLED for the price this year. I've had it since March, and aside from a few motion issues I absolutely love it. LG made solid improvements with the C4 by the looks of it, so it's up there value-wise as well, but imo Sony deserves no spot on this list for the Bravia 8. It's basically the A80L repackaged with a tiny bit of a brightness increase, yet it's marked up to the same regular price as the S90D and C4, which is a garbage move by Sony. QD OLED is the way forward, and completely untouchable when it comes to color, contrast and brightness. Samsung's processing is still questionable in some scenarios depending on what you're watching, but the good FAR outweighs the bad here. Wow, That's a great price! I think the 83" G3 is between A and S, since it doesn't have MLA (not as bright as the smaller versions) but it probably still have the superior reflection handling as well as a heatsink. So the brightness should still be better than on a C3.

If you simply will use some common sense and about 1 or 2 seconds worth of discipline and ensure that you don't leave the TV turned on with a particular image that is completely still on there for long period of time many days of the year multiple years straight, you don't have to worry about it If you know that you're going to have a movie or TV show or game or any other still image on that TV sitting there whether it's paused or whatever for longer than 20 or 30 minutes straight, just turn the TV off. @B the Installer and class.. If you guys absolutely had to choose between the A95L and G4 at 77 inch, which would it be and briefly why? Use case streaming movies/tv content in moderately lit room (room brightness about a 5 or 6 out of 10)
You say the S95D games great but what about the one connect box issues? I returned my S95C 77” becausey XboxSeriesX was literally unplayable at 4k 120 because of signal blackouts due to the one connect box. I was basically forced into getting the S90D to avoid the one connect box (I would actually love to have the one connect box but just can’t because I’m a big Xbox gamer and refuse to deal with those issue).
I returned the S95C for the drops as well despite loving the picture quality when it worked. The S95D does not seem to be having the same issue this year.
S95C is much brighter than the S90C, also has the infinity one design so you can mount it flush on the wall with the samsung slim wall mount (it’s thinner than the LG G models and mounts closed to the wall with that mount), 8 speakers vs 3, 4.2.2 channel with upfiring dolby atmos vs 2.1 channel sound, freesync premium pro vs freesync premium, object tracking sound+ vs object tracking sound lite.
Don't use RTINGS for anything Sony, The reason they like the C4 over the sony is because of the 144Hz refresh rate over Upscaling content. 144hz does NOTHING for anyone not using it as a monitor for a high end gaming PC that can actually hit 144Hz. RTINGS hates sony. it shows in ALL their reviews. They always find one TV that is better than the sony in every price point.
Please I need help. Which 77 inch should I get for to put in living room for tv shows and moviea, and (some gaming) LG C4, Samsung S90D, or Sony brava 8
Well as far as the TV shows and movies portion goes is any of this content content that you own locally like you've ripped physical copies that you want to put into or you have put into a Plex server for viewing on your TV of the convenience? Is any of that content not full HD or not 4k? If the answer to that those questions are yes you need to compare the SDR content performance of the TVs and see which one upstairs those pictures and images better without losing details and with his little or no background black pixelation as possible
Let me set everyone straight on Low Content Smoothing and processing, unless you are watching old reruns of Andy Griffith on ME TV, processing does not matter!!!
83" Bravia 8? Inquiring minds want to know more? Is this just a guess or are there any "crumbs" out there? The last Sony OLED to be that big was the A80L I believe. The one thing that is holding me back from an OLED is the lack of anything larger than 77". The G4 has a larger size but also a BIG price tag. Also, it looks like the A95L is holding up well for being a year old. The other wild card is the reappearance of Panasonic back in the US market. I will be interested in the reviews and comparisons with the Panasonic. Thanks.

The Bravia 8 is an absolute sleeper. Probably the best tv of 2024 and nobody is talking about it. The Bravia 9 is trash and Sonys own marketing team is pushing it because they are trying to get away from OLED. G4 processing in sorry just isn’t at the same level as the XR processor. That’s what gave the edge with the A95L and the Bravia 8 is better than a C4 panel wise but with better than processing then the G4. Folks in telling you the Bravia 8 is where it’s at.
From what I understood and asked others about in real life not just online, even much older generation OLED TV suffer that burning and only when someone's dumb enough to leave it on a still image for multiple hours straight many days out of many years. If you know you're not going to deal with your TV for at least 30 plus minutes straight turn the damn thing off that will prevent it. Mine got burnt in, I hope to change to C4 after 5448 hours.. how many hours is yours ?
@B the Installer and class.. If you guys absolutely had to choose between the A95L and G4 at 77 inch, which would it be and briefly why? Use case streaming movies/tv content in moderately lit room (room brightness about a 5 or 6 out of 10)
These are both outstanding TVs
The Sony has won a whole swag of awards and to be fair it’s hard to beat a qd-oled.
A95L easily , It's not even a contest at that size.
I am eying the Bravia 8 55" for gaming and my primary living room and think it should suffice.
Got a nib 2024 LG C4 77 inch for $1600 at Conn's......going out of business and we bartered it down to that price !
I'm wondering between S90c or S95c. Whats is the difference except one connect? Is it worth paying extra for s95c?
S95C is much brighter than the S90C, also has the infinity one design so you can mount it flush on the wall with the samsung slim wall mount (it’s thinner than the LG G models and mounts closed to the wall with that mount), 8 speakers vs 3, 4.2.2 channel with upfiring dolby atmos vs 2.1 channel sound, freesync premium pro vs freesync premium, object tracking sound+ vs object tracking sound lite.
And for the Panasonic Z95A ?
That’s a nice TV.
interesting he put this out when the panasonic is shipping soon. will he redo this video in a month?
OVerpriced WOLED and antiquated tech
Thanks for sharing
Nice video keep up the good work B the installer
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ so beautiful
If you game don't even bother Get the Samsung S90D it's the best Tv you can get for the price.
What is the upgrade i should buy when i have lg c1?
Don't use RTINGS for anything Sony, The reason they like the C4 over the sony is because of the 144Hz refresh rate over Upscaling content. 144hz does NOTHING for anyone not using it as a monitor for a high end gaming PC that can actually hit 144Hz. RTINGS hates sony. it shows in ALL their reviews. They always find one TV that is better than the sony in every price point.
There typically is a better TV over a aomy at each price point. Sony has high prices but are good tvs.
Can u suggest between lg qned 88t vs Sony Bravia 3 please
The bravia 3 is a good well rounded tv.
I bought me a Bravia 8 for my PS5 and PS5 Pro.
You won't need a winter furnace if you get the G4. I do own a 95D and low quality content is always low quality.
Let me set everyone straight on Low Content Smoothing and processing, unless you are watching old reruns of Andy Griffith on ME TV, processing does not matter!!!
Oled Tv 55' inch price??
83" Bravia 8? Inquiring minds want to know more? Is this just a guess or are there any "crumbs" out there? The last Sony OLED to be that big was the A80L I believe. The one thing that is holding me back from an OLED is the lack of anything larger than 77". The G4 has a larger size but also a BIG price tag. Also, it looks like the A95L is holding up well for being a year old. The other wild card is the reappearance of Panasonic back in the US market. I will be interested in the reviews and comparisons with the Panasonic. Thanks.
There’s not an 83” Bravia 8. They carried the 83” A80L over this year, which has an identical build to the 83A90J, heatsink included.
@@j.rfrazier1855 I know that. I would like a bigger screen (83" or better). At 11:28, B mentions that there maybe an 83"version of the Braves 8. I would like to know on what he bases that on.
@jamebost4755 I just bought an 83" G4 from BB in excellent condition for $4,700. Nothing else can touch it for that price. Really the only choice OLED for 83".
@@mikej6565 You're right, that's a great price. My issue with LG is I've gotten lousy customer service from LG and am a little gun shy of buying one of their products. But, at that price...
I assume it was an open box?
Ich habe noch eine...(nicht lachen!) Viera plasma vom Panasonic 65". Der wird durch einen 83" G4 ersetzt. Auf mydealz einen für 4000€ gesehen und einen 77" G4 für 2800€. Will noch etwas warten, da der Aufpreis für 6"/16% Bildfläche mehr, zu viel ist.
Was ich nocht nicht weiß sind die Soundbars, LG vs Samsung.
I don’t have 5 grand to spend lol
I’ll just wait until the competition sorts it way down.
thank you Brandon
G4 all day, any day, and every day is the best OVERALL TV on the planet!!!!!
Bought Samsung S90C on Sept 28th, it was great until Oct 10th when picture went out and only sound was working. Googled how to troubleshoot and no luck. Just returned it today. I'm scared to buy another one and this happening again :(
So don't buy another Samsung S90c.... it's not rocket science. There are basically an olympic size swimming pool full of TV choices out there as well as brands. Just get back on the bandwagon and roll for mental sleeves of window shopping and researching and comparing again
Lg g4
Lgc4
Samsung s90d
Sony bravia 8 or even 9...a95L
Those are excellent places to start depending on where your budget is
What do you recommend, a TCL 85”q6 or a 98” s5 for same price $1100?
I would get the 98" S5 if it was $1100
@@BTheInstaller open box missing stand and power cord at best buy, thanks
will you be getting the panasonic oleds?
Was looking to get an s90c for some odd reason I found the s95d on sale for cheaper than the 95c 90c 90c c4 g4 same price as the b4 in my country lol
Edit: 65 inch was like 1500usd
No Sony A80L? 65 inch is the same price as the LG C3 now
11:16
55 inch Oled Tv price ????
Hey B, I Can't Get My Denon AVRX6700H And My Samsung S95B Tv To Turn On Together.. But They Turn Off Together , Just Not Together SIMULTANEOUSLY???? VERY WEIRD??? All My Devices Are Connected To My AVRX6700H Denon??? Don't Know Why I Have To Keep Switching The Tv Internal Speakers Instead Of Staying On EXTERNAL SPEAKERS Which I Switch To All The Time??? What's Going On B????
Gift me one i still watch old Panasonic TV From 2011
S90c is not better than c4??i saw everywhere the s90c is the best of the best upper mid range tv
What about the Panasonix Z95A
Hello B the Installer😊
Mr B,how about 8k tv?
A95L is the best tv available to purchase. WOLED can't compete with QD OLEDs lovely colors!!
G4 goes blow for blow with it
Unfortunately at 83" there's only 1 choice, the G4. QD-OLED panels need to expand to 83"-97" so we can get a large Sony A95L tier TV.
G4 is brighter.
@@CastIronEricthat makes no difference
@@TheJoed81not really, it comes close but doesn't go blow for blow
Never owned a OLED maybe 🤔 next upgrade QD OLED or stick with mini LED 🤔 75in
a80l or c3?
Simply, LG G-series is the Best
, but Samsung QD-OLED is better so Samsung is supreme.
Just zero comparison A95L completely destroys W OLED... It's easier to see vastly more colour volume...
Where is the A80L ??
LG B4 has HDMI 2.1 on all 4 ports
Now best led's❤
who watches movie during the night with ceiling lights on lol.
Interesting, on Rtings review she had s90d, c4, and then bravia 8
Too notch video
You have Big Tvs
You can try this things no one ever tried in this world
- Take your Samsung S25 Ultra ( soon)
- Use 200mp Picture
- Use 8K30FPS/60FPS videos
- Run em in big screen 100"/150" As you showed
- Show there 200mp picture comparison with 48Mp picture
- Run there Samsung s 8K60FPS/30Fps video & Apple s 4K 60Fps 120,fps
- Tell us What makes more comfortable to see
- i am 1000% sure Android s 200mp picture gonna win+ Android s 8K30FPS/60fPS
Can you make a video on this topic?
Just To the world How underrated Android s 8K30FPS 60fPS 200mp Camera s are😢😢😢
The Bravia 8 is an absolute sleeper.
LG is the best for gaming😊😊😊
QD OELD is far superior to WOLED
This year no 😢
Yes it is lol.
Maybe next year, who knows
OLED's suffer from burn in, great picture, but panels dont last long without burn in.Micro LED when affordable, please 🙏
I have over 6000 hours on mine no burn in
From what I understood and asked others about in real life not just online, even much older generation OLED TV suffer that burning and only when someone's dumb enough to leave it on a still image for multiple hours straight many days out of many years. If you know you're not going to deal with your TV for at least 30 plus minutes straight turn the damn thing off that will prevent it. Then you can just turn it right back on and resume watching or dealing with whatever you're watching you're dealing with before. It's not rocket science
Give me one ❤
S90D is way better than C4.
Panasonic
Buy the projector if you love to watch movies.
Where is philips?
Is this all subjective or has there been some real world testing with like a calman ?
No Philips, Panasonic really?
