    Even though he was going through a divorce at that time, Jay really was on his way to wrap his 5th Mr.Olympia title... He had the motivation, and his physique was coming up like crazy. How big - and already somewhat ripped - he was here! Just look at his mass and quality @ 15:40! His upper chest was fuller than ever, humongous. It's a pity to hear him say @ 11:15 that so far he had "no injuries, no aches, no pains" and hoped to keep it that way... Unfortunately he was about to tear his left biceps a few weeks out, and it was the end of his career, competition-wise. But man! Jay really is a fantastic champ! I've learned so much from his work ethic, attitude, smart moves and his training and dieting the smart way, striving to always stay free from injury. I'm amazed he lasted so long during his successful career. It proves he really is a wise guy, in all aspects. He is a living legend.

    Would have been interesting if Jay put everything into this prep like 2009. Admittedly, he said the drive just wasn't there like it used to be and he did it more for the fans.

      No. Jay is just at a point in his training where his mind muscle connection is so strong that he feels a great contraction and pump with high quality reps at lower weight. No need to risk injury by going to failure at that weight

      It is actually the most effective way to build your chest from ebnching, Arnold and Ronne did it too and many other bodybuilder

      possibility28able Nope. Their elbows are almost parallel and use really wide grip same as Jay, Only difference is that Jay stance didnt look as wide because of his shorter arms, they are exactly same form

    Partial reps for maintenance as he shreds fat.. These videos are completely useless for the beginner bodybuilder. You need to see them workout in their off season. Thats when they do full ROM reps and go Big!!
