    Bro, can you help me with some other supplements, wink, wink! I'm 52 I need a huge jump start, I always have had good muscle memory, but 20 years since I've worked out hard. I've created a great commercial style gym at home, but find myself not getting dedicated, and motivated, to go down in the mornings (3 am I always am up at 2. Rather do it I the morning then later after work etc.) consistantly. Help please!!

    I just came home now from trying this workout out. I fucking love it!!! Pump is awesome and I can actually feel everything working. before I stated watching your videos, I have been struggling to isolate certain muscles and getting a pump. Now though I have been seeing significant results every week and I'm not on gear yet! I always watch other people in the gym to get some tips but, I have come to the conclusion that majority of them train like pussies lol. Thanks for your great videos and advise, stick to basics, get blood in the muscles and fuck shit up!! Even my old lady interviews are getting some particles lol!! Thanks Seth!

    I watched your shoulder video the other day and it was great, i had probably the best shoulder workout i've had in a long time. I'm excited to hit up a chest workout. Great commentary, it really helps me to understand why you're doing what you are doing.

    That's the most intense chest workout I've seen besides ronnie Coleman's. How he has the energy to pump 150s and seth set them after he just did heavey seth sets before is mind boggling.
