Never in my life have I seen such a precise, well explained process with every single thing he's doing and why. This is the type of content that will create new bodybuilders. Great work Seth!

Seth, finding your channel has completely transformed my life man. I hit a road block for a few months, couldn't hit anything right, read some books and watched multiple videos but until I discovered your shit, I didnt get much. I had never thought about the blood flow, when I started focusing on that, I started to grow again. Great content man. You are a great role model!!
I have to say, I’ve watched many work out videos but you are by far the one I think is the best. Just the way you explain the workouts and how you talk is very relatable. Thank you for these videos....
You an awesome man Seth Great motivational talker as well. Keep doing what you doing for yourself and for all of us that are inspired by you. 👍🏾 🙌🏾Godbless you and your family.
the best thing about you is that you are so open up about training nutrition and all but most of all your advices and trainings are not only for beginners but also for those who seek different ways of testing themselves after years of working out. Keep up the perfect work !!!!!
Feroce is the real deal!!! He says the most truthful things. When my friends aren’t growing, I always tell them to go more intense and eat more!!! Seth is awesome.
Hey Seth, just found your videos last week and I must say, I'm incredibly impressed. Thank you so much for a motivational video into chest tomorrow! Rock on man!
Excellent video , You cover all the bases , mental , physical , diet , supplimental , even the importance of having proper music , your a born teacher bro!!Thank you for taking the time to create this content!!
Enterprise Earth “oh I’m a manly man, I don’t wear earrings, they’re for girls” thanks for the compliment, and go back to the 1970’s with that weak minded “guys don’t wear earrings” bullshit. Why are you watching this video if you don’t need another man to get you pumped?
I watched your shoulder video the other day and it was great, i had probably the best shoulder workout i've had in a long time. I'm excited to hit up a chest workout. Great commentary, it really helps me to understand why you're doing what you are doing.
I come to TH-cam to switch up my routine. The top video after I searched chest and triceps, they started with 2 plates on bench, I love how you shed light on warming up and getting ready. Keep it up 💪🏼🙏🏼
Awesome! Amazing video! A lot of newer people to the gym don't understand that for a "bodybuilder physique" volume is key! Doing 1-5 rep max sets are just for your ego.
Started watching Seth 1 month ago. 1 month later, eating right, and f##cking shit up i gained 20 lbs of muscle. Thanks, Seth, you are a true man and love the content!!
Dale Keating you absolutely did not gain 20 lbs of muscle in 1 month. Literally impossible, even with beginner gains. If you’re eating as many carbs as he is and you weren’t before, it’s 90% water weight. Carbs = glycogen. Stored glycogen = stored water.
Seth is pushing the blood of Jesus into those veins. My sense of intensity and my gains have increased dramatically since subscribing and watch your videos repeatedly. Great to see a new one. Thanks man!
Did this workout this morning for the first time. Came home and made eggs after and flipped them out of the pan onto the stove I was so shakey after. Thanks bud loved it
My wife and I tried this workout today (just got back home). Man it is awesome. Now that I know what it's about and know what to expect, we are going to do it again but even harder, next chest day👍🏼💪🏼👊🏼
I know, AAR has taken over, very blessed with how things are going, but we are at a growth spurt with it and is taking up much of our time on expanding. we have a few videos in the mix right now we are editing down so more will be up. This is the greatest mayhem I have ever experienced. haha So thank you for the support!
Sir I've never left a comment on a fitness video ever. Subd ur channel after the first vid. This is the 2nd vid I saw and thanks a Lot for doing what you do. I have not found anyone as informative and motivating as you keep up the great work!!!!!!!
Just done Seth sets..... 3 reps left to go and I'm saying to myself 'Seth your a bastard.....' but always get pumped just watching these videos your a beast!
I just ran into this channel this morning. It's about 90 degrees out . I just put in a full day framing a barn and there's no way I'm not fuckin lifting after watchin that!! Seth, you were the boot in the ass I needed to get back on track!!!!

Love your videos brotha!! Stuff is straight motivation!!! Fawkin attitude adjustments you do with yourself is just awesome! And the commentary... you have the best vids/commentaries bottom line!
That's the most intense chest workout I've seen besides ronnie Coleman's. How he has the energy to pump 150s and seth set them after he just did heavey seth sets before is mind boggling.
David Innes Fuckin Right bro! A few songs that have been on Every playlist since my years as a teen... 1. King Nothing - Metallica 2. Cowboys From Hell - Panthers 3. Right Now - Korn 4. More Human than Human - White Zombie Those are always there! 💪💪

Haha I came to the comment section just to comment on the same thing...I bet he thought he looked big til Seth took the pump cover off 😂😂 go home son, just go home
@@BigMacXBL Jesus man its only manners if u clean the equipment. I do it and people respect it. Take care of your gym like if it was ur home, if u leave it drenched and drop weights then I could only imagine your home.
You don't have to be on gear to do lots of volume. Eat lots of quality whole food, sleep 7-8 hours a night, eat sodium, hydrate and through in some branched cyclic dextrin intra workout. You can handle the volume.
Possibly but dont expect to be able to train like this on consecutive days as a natty. You will need a day or 2 off the gym after a workout like this to let your system recover to make the following workout worthwhile.
It’s all about phasing your workouts. This would be good for 2-3 weeks, then move to lower reps/heavy weight for 2-3 weeks then you can move to high reps/lighter weight.
As a natural your protein synthesis is much shorter than someone on gear. This means you gotta hit your muscles more frequently with less volume which can be done by pushpulllegs programme or full body etc. A bro split isn't the best way to go
Jay Nengo you won't get close to his size but it does work. Im 5'4 and a few yrs back a back injury put me out of commission for 3 yrs. I was about 130 lbs. I had a chest, lats and an ass. After i fucked my back my chest grew (man boobs) my abs grew a nice cushion and my lats was 1/2 fat too lol. I jumped to 165 lbs. about 2 3/4 yrs of chiro and physio and muscle relaxers and pain killers I said fuck this BS and started working out. Being worried and fearful of fucking up my back more, I never did squats or deads. I used leg press machines and leg extensions ham curls etc etc etc. I went from 165lb tubby to 160 lb of lean in 6 weeks. Now my genetics is not to be massive (even massive looking in a pic not knowing my height). I continued on and started "studying" to get bigger. Food was my problem. I could not eat enough as it would make me feel like I wanted to vomit all the time trying to take in 3000 cals a day with clean food. I have a fast metabolism so in a few articles I have read in my research my macros should of been more in the 3500-4000 cals a day. I was like F that. So after about a yr or more in the gym I got to know some of the "big" guys. Now these guys go around all yr looking like a off season BB. But they are on the juice. But still on juice or not your body still needs the cals too. These guys eat pizza daily pretty much. But they are benching a honda civic and deadlifting a single cab ford pickup so to speak. Now there is this small group that do not use the juice. They are about 5'7" -5'10" and in the 185-210 range. They are not huge, but are built. Don't keep up with body builder names so an old mainstream wrestling name if you are familiar. Lex Luger type build. Or if you youtube AthleanX. Jeffs Build. They need alot of macros a day too but they all take supplements. Using supplements is still natural. Roids, juice, koolaid, dl, gym water (or whatever you want to call it)is what makes it unnatural. Now most guys that go to the gym would kill just to look like Rich Froning (crossfitter) but thats a different type of training and requires more macros just for the energy required. The point is any form of training if eating enough macros will transform you. But it cannot be all all fats and carbs which most junk food is filled with. My diet now still hovering around the 165lb mark is 4 WHOLE eggs/ham/cheese sandwich with oatmeal and a 1/2 cup of fruit for breakfast. I use cayenne papper on my sandwich as a mild fat burner. For lunch I have chicken and rice or steak and spuds with greens or mixed veggies of some sort. For supper/dinner depending on where you are from, its steak/chicken/pork/fish and don't worry if ya use some shit to add a little mmmm to the mundane flavor. Not usually enouh of anything to hinder progress. As snacks through out the day I eat the fat food. Kielbasa, pepperettes, smoked meats (jack links here in canada), deli meats with fruit/veggies. Nuts, fruit and greek yogurt. Celery with cream cheese. My biggest issue is SURPRISINGLY taking in enough carbs as when I get hungry, unlike most of the population I do not crave carbs. I never crave carbs for that matter unless you think fo nuts and seeds as carbs. Most are high in fats (good ones) and higher in protein than carbs. Now this is a mental thing and not a crave thing. I know I need carbs and my go to is grapes and whole wheat/farmer grain/12/grain/ancient grain type breads. And one thing you have to consider is when working out out bodies need more salt (sodium) than someone who is just living a typical day. That why for us deli meat is not such a bad thing. people have such a media cooked up dislike for deli meat its kind of funny. Just stick to the chicken, turkey, beef forms of it and not the salamis and meatloafs etc.
Seth is a bad man great knowledge of what it takes to get the body you want , very honest there is no lie in him that's bad ass you don't want to be lied to about what it takes to get the body you want thanks man I'm trying this workout tonight

Would this style of training be suitable for a natural? Or would a lower rep range/more strength based workout be more beneficial?
