    Jay is a great ambassador for bodybuilding, plus one hell of a professional guy when you meet him! I had the pleasure in meeting him in Liverpool with my kids last year. Keep up the great work! posting this from my sons channel as mine is down.

    6:27 The plates are lighter I noticed probably 3maybe 4 inches thick on the sides not nearly as wide as the old medal plates I have at my home. Great video and execution on the machine💪🏽

    hey Jay!!!!! big fan!! so i gotta a quick question for ya i'm 40 yrs old and i'm sick of being fat so my son and i decided to jump in the gym.
    my question is my son is 14 soon to be 15, what do you suggest i start him out on for a program? This is very criticle since he is a hell of an athlete so i don't wanna
    start him off to much or to little. Ya got time hit me up.

    i have always Enjoyed Jays routines posted in the older musclemag issues still cant remember if he ever sponsered the older muscletech products like celltech an the original Hydroxycut i think he used those durring his cutting Phase

    Jay its like watching a whole other exersize when you do your sets. Its clear that the way most people see full range of motion is maybe 20-40% waisted movement. Probably since non pro lifters dont know the exact range of motion of the specific muscle targeted and not 100% dield in to feel if peek stretch and contraction is achived. Ie better to do 100% open close of arm or leg to make sure. Im not there yet but getting closer every year. I think chest is the one where you can cut down most on total travle once you get to a muscle size where you really feel perfect connection. Anyone who thinks jay is halfrepping... M. R. Olympia.. Watch the master its like totaly different movements. Thnx. But if ur a normal gym guy stick to 100% movement. A lifelong bodybuilder pro has a whole different typ of body.

    Bit random but people don't realise how difficult it is to be friendly /polite to people when you literally at the gym just to workout - I wouldn't have the patience for that at all , plus he doesn't have to do that
