    I made this today and I'm so happy it came out perfect! I hate kneading cause it's so messy so I thought of looking for a recipe that uses food processor. This will be my go-to recipe now. Thank you so much for sharing.

    Love that you’re using the mini food processor! Everyone always uses the big ones and I don’t have that one

      @DeSKHow2  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey thank you so much. Definitely it will turn out good. Just keep in mind the ratio of milk and flour for bigger batch. I have used instant /quick rise yeast for this recipe.

    I have never enjoyed making bread. If I need to make twice as much, do I double all the ingredients? Also, is the yeast "Rapid Rise" or "Active Dry"? (I am definitely a beginner.)

    • @DeSKHow2
      @DeSKHow2  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey, thanks for checking. Yes you can definitely double the ingredients to make twice as much. But I am afraid 3.5 cup mini food processor may not hold the doubled amount in one go. And yes it is a “quick rise” yeast.

    very weak 250watt power is not enough to grind meat, I bought myself a 1000 watt one, here it is a strong chopper

      I've also had this Kitchenaid mini-robot for about 4 years. Is very good. Chop everything. And it works very well.
