I think it’s because Gordon is using Fresh Yeast? Im not an expert, but I do know that Active Dry and Fresh has to more take time to rise and bloom. It’s likely that they use Instant Yeast in Masterchef, which doesn’t have to be bloomed in order to work, and takes less time to rise.
Also probably because I guess this ones are for home cooking, the others are more for a professional, restaurant environment, and there you have to be super fast.

Gordon Ramsay is getting older and older, and still manages to be one of the most intuitive, entertaining, and successful chefs in the world. He's a role model.
That tip about letting it melt in your mouth rather than chewing it is amazing. I was never a fan of dark chocolate but I just tried that and I actually really liked it.

I love how passionate he gets when making food. I now understand why Gordon yells at people. Cooks need to care for what they cook and know what goes in it. Before i used to think Gordon was too hqrd on people. Now i understand.

I've tried his way in eating dark chocolate. There IS a taste difference. Doesn't taste as bitter. Wasn't looking for this video, but it was something I needed. A big 'ol ❤ from me!

He makes all his food with passion and care no doubt about that, but you hear some special sounds of "oaaah" "aaaah" when he makes desserts I think he is quite the sweettooth.
Now that Gordon Ramsay noted that milk chocolate is family friendly, i'm now trying to think of what non-family friendly pudding could possibly be.
