@@mpbMKE They payed it tomorrow. When you reach certain level of board gamer you can bend time, that's how good DM's get to cram a character walking 30 feet, 3 oportunity attacks, one instant action and a full blown attack in a 6 seconds turn.
Well, if you want a Word game with an actual theme, how about Unspeakable Words? A game where you play as a cultist, playing a word game dedicated to Cthulhu.

I don't know if you take suggestions for lists but I was wondering if you could do one like "X games perfect for bringing to the pub" - loads of pubs I go to have a small selection of games which is great but would love some new suggestions from you guys! This looks rather fun, but I appreciate you including your precautions in the recommendation on how you may not have a reason to play this over something else very often.

happy by the early video, sad by no video tomorrow. Letter games like this arent my thing, but I know people who would love this.
Nice review and like that you try or play lots of different games so I can see how its played and maybe find a new game to add to my collection.
Hi Guys. I'm wondering if there are plans to do videos of some games being played, similar to Johnny's D&D sessions with the OXBox crew. I enjoy seeing the interactions and banter during the games. Plus, watching actual gameplay would help viewers who learn more by doing/watching (like me) to better understand how the games really work. As you said, "We'll play one round, you'll know exactly what you're doing."
Yeah they have a few lets plays and that, but I think you sometimes get a better feel for stuff when there's a bit more of a group rather than just the two of them.
I realise there's a strawberry on the box, but given it's collaborative and no-one knows exactly what the end result will be due to all anagrams being valid, it feels like the correct metaphor is the musical jam.
Good to know about a different and interesting seeming word game.

I bet it would be incredibly difficult to play a word game in a second language, but the leniency in the rules about not having to spell the word you were given as long as you spell an English word you know seems to be made to include those who don't have as great a grasp on English, whether that be someone learning the language or a younger kid playing to help with spelling. Really cool game for the learning tools actually.

I think I would appreciate a monthly, maybe quarterly summary of the games you have added into your rotations or the ones you have maybe stopped playing, to see about the longevity of the games you have reviewed. Maybe just a feature in a regular board game news vid or similar.
I feel like this sweet game will keep really well and be a nice additive to some board game nights as long as everyone isn't too seedy from drinking.

Any chance you guys would be able to run a game of Twilight Imperium? Hard to find much decent coverage of it, and since you were kind of gushing about it in the intro Q&A video, I'd like to see more before I commit to a fairly large price tag!
I dunno...seems like something they might have a difficult time doing. I dated a guy who played it, and I basically never saw him the entire *weekend* he and our friends were playing.

Letter jam... or Letter Jelly in the US...
Jam and jelly are both in the US, and they are slightly different things. Here's a quote from HowStuffWorks explaining the difference:
"In jelly, the fruit comes in the form of fruit juice. Jelly has the smoothest consistency and is usually clear.
In jam, the fruit comes in the form of fruit pulp or crushed fruit. This makes jam less stiff than jelly."
Maybe next round you guys will choose blonde and tall as your words and your Arian Quartett will be complete! :P
I watch “how to play” videos so I can see the components of the game and how they work. So much of this is off screen, pretty useless
