Well I finally got the chance to sit down and play this today with a couple of friends, and I loved it. You're right to say it's an easier game to understand when you're actually playing it. I'm looking forward to playing it again.

Letter jam is a great game that makes great moments, my best moments was giving the clue Abracadabra, I had to make extra number tokens.

I love this game. I also really like Hanabi and Codenames and this game provide the feeling of both games together. Just like codenames though you need 6 people to make the game work well which becomes tough to get it played for myself.
no, 6 players is very hard because u don't get the Dummy players that can keep changing letters (gets you out of difficult situations e.g all consonants). I'd say 4-5 players is best.
I would much prefer to see this played before making a decision..
