This is why I’ve yet to play another person . Others go wayyy too fast for me to grasp what is going on . I’ll stick with playing on inktable I suppose.
@@connorosborn7187 your welcome, I totally understand sometimes especially in card games it's easy to read misread a card and or have it make sense 2 more then one way. They do have the Comprehensive Rules out and that helps to understand rules. 😀
Don't sweat it, the rules are less complicated once you get a few games under your belt. You're also starting early enough in the games lifespan that you don't have to learn a billion mechanics. As the game grows you'll only have to learn something new every few months. 🎉
Mechanics are simple, but there alot of nuances and strategies. Think of it like chess, You can learn how the pieces move but knowing that doesn't make you a grand master. You learn through playing.
Coming from someone who has played Pokémon, Yugioh, and Magic. This game looks fairly simple mechanic-wise, I am just not finding any videos of players who know how to teach. Once I learn the game, I could probably break it down to its core mechanics in a few simple bullet points. The only additions to those mechanics is the cards with their own abilities. All card effects basically break the rules they are required to follow. This is every card game ever. If a card tells you to draw, you do it. You have now used the abilities that breaks the initial 1 draw per turn rule. If another card says you can play another card for free, this is also a general rule that is now broken. Your goal is to try to tie these special rules together. Again, this is every trading card game ever. The goal of this video was to also look complex, and this guy has built a higher competitive deck most likely and is playing the game at its peak. You do not need to do this. You can play a card like the girl woman did that untapped your princess cards and pass turn. That is completely acceptable.
I was literally thinking the same thing. I just found out about this card game recently. And wanted to try it. But all those flipping the cards back and forth seems confusing.
Sooo basically magic with Disney characters.😅
More like hearthstone with Disney characters.
It doesn't quite play as well as Magic, but basically.
Bro absolutely torched her.
Lmao
The storm had to go back to the bottom of the deck, in a real tournament that would be a warning..
I will never understand how to play this game so I will just collect cards and be lonely.
Cool stuff 😁😁😊
Storm in to the deck
The combos 😭😭
This is how it feels playing against blue black in mtg 😂
UR Storm
Bro didn't even draw for turn 😭 he had that play ready the whole game
Ending was hella funny cheers

You are sooooo fast! We just started with Gateway and are a lot slower than this 😂
Where did you get your play mats
I just got decks to this game, I'm going to play it with the kids. I know it's a matter of time before they do this to me😅
Me and my sister would LOVE to see these deck profiles if you could show them!😊😁
You should have quested for 8 after your Duke came down though right?
After you ready up the other princesses with Moana, can they quest again??
Nope , on Moana it says they can't quest after.
@@lestatsev thanks mate, I reread the card properly after posting this comment and realised, but appreciate you clarifying! 😊

This game doesn’t look easy to learn at all. I spent so much money now I’m scared.
