I always wanted the recipe for these croquettes but my mum was not interested in cooking so I only found out how good they were when I went to holland to meet my Dutch family and bought them from 'The Wall' 😂🤣. I lived in the Netherlands in the 70s. I miss the patat kraam with the croquetten, patat, bitter ballen etc. I remember the vending machines at the train stations with these treats as well. It all seemed weird and wonderful to a 13 year old who grew up in California. I'm in Canada now and yes, we still can buy milk in bags in British Columbia.

Took a 6 year hiatus and am getting back to it - fun! Life was pretty crazy for a while but smooth going now :)). Lol the milk comes in a bag with 3 bags in it. They sell them up right in crates.how you doing?
