I use methaline blue in every tank once there are eggs no matter the species. This will prevent the eggs getting fungus. You can also use malaysian trumpet snails (for warm water) as they will clean the eggs of fungus without harming the eggs.

You must give them live foods for better health and fast growth. Otherwise it will be hard for them to survive. Live foods include microworms, BBS, daphnia etc!!

Well, in my experience, i do the "DWC" For 2 days, with no aerator, still able to hatch them in good condition. even in just in a paint container .

You can also use baby brine shrimp for fries. It helps them to grow fast and use methane blue to prevent diseases
