What could be better than combining single malt whisky, cocktails, smoked meat, coffee and delectable desserts? The Highwayman Winter Whisky Feast 2023 did just that and it was sensational.
Dan Woolley, the Highwayman from Highwayman Distillery puts together this annual celebration of fantastic food and whisky at his distillery in Byron Bay. This year I was invited to attend and put together a video of the experience.

Nice video, the only Australian whisky we have here are Hellyers and Lyre's(0%). I haven't tried Hellyers yet but the Lyre's I'll pass in advance😂😂😂😂
