I started mini painting 3 years ago and I’m a seasonal painter due to work but I started with Walmart paint, learned basics and now have speedpaint collection and I’m satisfied with table ready minis, don’t need competition style lol, appreciate your work tho. I recently bought LOD (kickstarter) super excited
Very cool there’s so much techniques and ways to paint and different opinions and clear painting, biases and egotism that it gets overwhelming and sometimes you just say screw It sit down with your airbrush and paint brush with your 10,000 different paints that you bought based off of different peoples recommendations and just go to town look at your finished product and say Yep that looks like 💩but it’s my s💩and I love it and then as you do it more and more they start to look better and better and eventually other people are like hey man that’s awesome. In the end, what you love matters, and other people likely will love it to.

Absolutely! I feel that way. It’s hard not to let negative talk in at times but once you push through it’s so rewarding!
