That was some amazing work! Only question I have is what this would have cost your customer? You’re really good so maybe your ability to reliably get things done fast makes it possible but just wow!
I love this kind of video. Not the usual port replacement you see all around YT :-) well done.
After watching the video completely I'm still not sure what the customer did in first place. Everything seems to be melted at one point and that's something that's not needed to install the glitch chip. Hot air to solder the not sondered capacitors on the CPU 🙂?

Do you have a diagram of what all the values would be at each solder point? I have this same project to undertake and it would be helpful to know what the readings are at each solder point before I attempt to reinstall the board!

im trying to fix switch lite buttons that stopped working(- and screenshot, 2019 version that has a capacitor right above left joycon daighterboard)
i tried replacing the fpc cable but problem exists.
once when i left it fpr the battery to drain, those two buttons worked for a while but it is not working again.
one more thing is when i enter hekate, it keeps taking screenshots constantly.
any suggestions or measures i can take?

I installed a Hwfly but it blinks Blue, Yellow, Yellow and boots straight to OFW, any idea?
did you flash the HWFLY itself before installation?
