I used to drink a minimum if 2 liters of soda aday! Maybe three cups of highly sweetened coffee. Ice cream by the carton. Now my stomach is flat as a teenagers. I am almost 70. My skin is amazing. I had a blackhead on my chin for 40 years. This blemish was an embarrassment to me as it WAS deep and would always be there. If I mashed it it left a big whole witch always came right back. Well I am hears to tell you it has disappeared completely, not even a small pore. Now the hole is Gone, GONE, went bye, bye?

How does coffee impact your health? While coffee itself is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that can offer health benefits, it's often what you add to your coffee that can cause harm. Sugary syrups, heavy creamers, and artificial sweeteners can significantly increase your intake of calories and unhealthy fats. In fact, a typical flavored latte can contain up to 400 calories and 20 grams of sugar, which may contribute to weight gain and increase the risk of chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease. It's not just the coffee-it's the extras that can turn your morning brew into a health risk.

How does coffee ruin your health? It's full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It's not the coffee, it's what you put in it. Been doing intermittent fasting, whole foods, no refined sugars, low carb and have lost 25lb in 3 months. I drink 400mls of coffee made in a moka pot every day. I also drink 2 litres of water. These are the only things I drink aside from the occasional cup of black tea.

If someone is sensitive to caffeine, it can affect their cortisol levels and adrenal glands causing other issues...one of them being a struggle in losing weight.
People that are insulin resistant, also struggle with drinking coffee.
Coffee overall acts as a diuretic so it can cause dehydration which means loss of minerals.

Organic coffee, certified mold free… One cup a day, sometimes decaf, sometimes half-caf. But then I put a tablespoon of organic ghee and a tablespoon of coconut oil and blend. Sometimes I add my magnesium potassium electrolytes/salts.
No alcohol, very, very low carb diet. Occasionally a one day fast which ends up not being 24 hours, but 36 hours because of the two nights on either side of the one day, promotes autophagy.

@@bernad5379 Really...? Have you been to a coffee processing factory? You are clueless. Coffee bean is thoroughly washed to get rid of residue products BEFORE it is processed to peel off the OUTER HUSK that covers the INNER coffee bean. Once the husk is removed only then is the previously enclosed seed used to process the coffee we drink. And there are standards that are maintained to test the coffee for any residue products. I come from a coffee exporting country.

My question is not related to this topic but is very important, that's why I looked for your most recent video, hoping that I will get an answer quicker. My wife is 76 years old and has refused to have a mammogram because she is concerned about the dangers of radiation. She had a cyst removed many years ago and now is considering having a mammogram because of her primary doctor's persistent recommendation. She has been a type 2 diabetic for over 36 years, taking insulin, had a heart attack and stents. What can you advise her? Do you yourself have a mammogram as recommended by your doctor, if you have one. Your prompt response will be very much appreciated. In the UK women over the age of 50 have a mammogram every three years as recommended by their doctors. Some doctors say that the amount of radiation is relatively small and will not cause cancer. There are other options such as an ultrasound which is completely safe. A more expensive but completely safe screening tool is to have a breast MRI if you are concerned. If your wife is worried then request for an MRI , this is certainly the best option. An ultrasound is also extremely safe.

Hi I am an herbalist, don't just take herbal remedies there may be contraindications with medications, my suggestion is that you look up an approved herbalist in your local comunity and book an appointment to get the appropriate advice for your health needs, herbs are great way to improving health overall.😊

If you don't want to drop your rice, cook it like Iranian nomad women cook it.
Wash the rice until water is clear.
Boil the rice with enough water.
Once boiled and almost cooked drain that water and rinse the rice.
Then put it back in the pot and finish cooking it. That's how I am cooking rice now.

Bread is an enemy food in North America because of what they do to the grain and how it is baked. The pesticides used are banned in most other countries. A lot of bread is in the US and Canada is made to resemble cake rather than bread and most bread is baked without letting the yeast rise long enough resulting in bread that stinks of yeast and molds in 3 days. In other parts of the world bread is not sweet, not spongy and not stinky. Yeast that is not allowed to rise properly causes bloating and gastro problems for many people.

Throughout my military career, I was on the protein/Atkins diet. It was hard to maintain, but I also was in the gum lifting 200 lbs as a female. I was buff for my age 55 but then I was no barbie doll which is what they wanted. I was disgusted. They woyld tape measure me & body shame me but when they needed heavy lifting they always asked me. Whereas the Youngs girls who barely can lift 25 lbs, barbie figure, didn't eat were told they were perfect even though there was no competition with the men. In fact the girls half my age ran a 2 mile APFT and failed. I passed them in half the time. I did twice the push-ups and sit-ups. But I was fat. God. Fast forward to surgeries. I couldn't go to the gym much. Gained weight. But decided to eat high carbs, real sugar & real fat. Lost weight without know until the VA weighed me. Interesting. No gym 😮😮

So how come the people from blue zones are eating mostly carbs? How come italian's have no weight issues and are eating a carb based diet? Japonese also. American classic breakfast is eggs and bacon and italian's eat sweet's like cornetti or a cookie wich one have weight issues? From my point of view real food makes you happy it helps you have a real love for real food and have a real normal relatinship with food. The high processed food it creats addiction and you will always have problem's regulating the amount you eat, the reason you are eating it. Dont be afraid to eat some bread be afraid of the food that is in 1000 shades of shit from light yellow to a dark brown. Be afraid to eat the meals prep :how is it normal to cook the rice on monday and eating it on friday? WTF? Cook your lunch and dinner and eat the food fresh and enjoy it with your family and friends. Drink water? I drink 4 liters of water effortlessly my 7 years old son drinks 2 liters it is the normal thing to do why do i need to force my self? Why a human beeing is not drinking water? A soda only makes me more thirsty. I never in my life drinked water because is healty i drink water because i am thirsty and that is what any form of life on earth does. Why would i buy a machine to make the cucumber jiuce? I dont drink a cucumber i will eat it and i drink water. Why would i buy a jar for my todler? I cook for him we eat togheter. It is an amazing joy to share food with your family and cook for them and with them and not be afraid to eat some pasta. Stesss is the biggest enemy and food that does not look like food.
