Be careful with which baking soda to use. Arm & Hammer Baking Soda has Aluminum in it, as an anti-caking agent.
Table Salt uses Aluminum as an anti-caking agent as well.
      Deodorants contain Aluminum.
Aluminum is a neuro-toxin. They have us ALL smearing aluminum under our arms, where some of our lymph nodes are located.
I use a generic brand baking soda, because it doesn't have Aluminum in it.
      I use Aluminum-Free deodorant.
I use Celtic salt, a moist grey sea salt, which contains 85 minerals & trace minerals.
Approx. 10 more than pink Himalayan Salt, which contains approx. 75.
Celtic Salt has more trace minerals because it's moist. If you keep it that way, it will retain those trace minerals.

I do an eye test and visit my dentist for a check up every 12 months. I eat all fruits by the ton and at least 3 apples a day, I snack on raw veg like carrots, anything green or salad. I brush my teeth with baking soda and sea salt and thats about it.

I never had a cavity bigger than a pin prick yet I have ended up with a mouthful of filler because of unscrupulous dentists and my dental plan. By the time I had children I was cautious about how aggressively and frequently they set their drills after them and I brushed their teeth and flossed until they were old enough to do it on their own. They left my house with no cavities but they never appreciated it and set off to rot their own teeth, as was their right. The system has a powerful hold.

Me too sadly I had no fillings until I went to new dentists that came to my town. From every supposedly check up I came away with fillings whilst I was sat in the dentist chair. In no time I had all molar teeth filled I moved to London for a while where I was told I had been given unnecessary fillings as they were all surface fillings I could see the dentist was appalled and annoyed and said unfortunately the fillings I had been given had spoiled my healthy teeth. I was gutted and in time I returned to my old town to find the unscrupulous dentists had been struck off, Apparently they had been claiming on the NHS for dental work that wasn't necessary, good that they were stopped but that didn't help me. I've had terrible treatment from other private dentists in recent years. Our dental services are horrendous in the UK 😢

I too had an unscrupulous one there; went for clean and came out with a filling. Guy drilled my tooth to fill it, more money for him i think his assistant unfortunately had caused the problem, kept telling me not to talk as the drill would go in my tongue. I shredded the recipt in annoyance as soon as i got home; only to hear next day on the news that lots of dentists had been reported but i had no evidence. Now when I visit any dentist I make a point of telling them that my teeth has no holes it's just the natural shape. Many has said i didn't need that filling. I ignore all calls for 6 monthly checkups as I've been advised by an older dentist. Plus i read an article by the head of the Dental Association advising patients to question it.@@suzy2746

Worst thing for my teeth after stress of child abuse, was breathing with my mouth open for 77 years and I had no idea I was doing it or how bad it was for my overall health until I got pneumonia and after investigating realised that was the cause. Living in central London with all the pollution and breathing through my mouth.
Particularly bad, was sleeping with my mouth open and waking up several times a night with a dry mouth felt like it was full of sand and I just thought that was normal! I now use mouth tape MIOTAPE, and have air purifiers, but my teeth are terrible. Trying to do carnivore as apparently it really helps your teeth. Namaste 🙏

It's fascinating to learn that our teeth can actually heal if supported by "super fluids" like blood, lymph, and saliva. Barbara O’Neal’s emphasis on natural methods like oil pulling, healthy diet, and avoiding sugar makes so much sense, especially when she points out how sugar and acidic drinks can erode enamel over time. I also didn’t realize how important crunching foods like apples, celery, and carrots are for strengthening teeth and gums! Definitely adding more of those to my diet. Thanks for this holistic approach to dental health-it’s eye-opening!

I chew 2 - 5 cloves of raw garlic, taken with water, over the course of every day. I keep the chewed garlic in my mouth for as long as I can stand it before swallowing it. Good for the whole body. My teeth and gums really respond well to this. I afterwards take several whole Spice Cloves at a time and let them sit in my mouth, especially when around other people. In (Genesis I:29) God says, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food."
    * Reflecting on how to eat according to the Bible, it's clear that God's design for our diet includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, and grains.
And while the Bible doesn't prescribe any specific diet plan, it does highlight the Principle of Balance -- between healthy restraint and the periodic enjoyment of 'rich' foods.
In other words, make a habit of healthy, disciplined eating, and on occasion you can let yourself enjoy a feast of God's good gifts.
Then.., be sure and care for your teeth as instructed in this very helpful video! 🤔

As the humans progress so does the spiritual sustenance that our spirit requires. There was a time that the Noah’s message was sufficient sustenance since then human has progressed and progressed. In the time of Jesus His message was the right sustenance.
Today nothing but the Revelation of Baha’u’llah can feed and nourish the humanity.
      Jesus says:
“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
      John 16:12-14 (NKJV)
Baha’u’llah is that Spirit of Truth that Jesus had foretold
Also when he was specifically asked when is the time of His return to earth, Jesus said:
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
      Matthew 24:15
But Daniel prophecy that almost no one has read to understand is this one:
And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.
      Daniel 8:14
Message of Baha’u’llah started in 1844 and Daniel prophecy coincided exactly with 1844.
      Because 2300 - 457 ( the origin of Daniel’s prophecy was 457 before Christ)
But there is no year zero AD SO WE ADD 1 to 1843 becomes 1844

      Jesus Said:
I say to you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven.”

I use CloSys rinse before I brush, brush with plain Crest toothpaste, then Listerine for 30 seconds, ( no water rinsing), then Act fluoride rinse for a minute. That's the stupidity of suggesting "the best food" for anything. Look at our ancestors. They ate whatever was in season. Our body is accustomed to this cyclic diet. It's the best, healthiest way to eat. You want to crunch in winter? There's plenty of crunchy winter veggies: celeriac, turnip, cabbage... and on.

As it is in a liquid state it is really pleasant and easy to do oil pulling with it. I use the coconut oil with clove powder to massage the gums with some other time during the day. I warmed the coconut so it becomes fluid, then mix in a pinch of clove powder. Poured it into a nice little, bowl with a lid. Now you can easily take out a bit (either with your finger or a tooth brush...and massage your gums with it😊

Many years ago I had a loose front tooth with a 12mm hole. The dentist said I would most definitely lose it. She referred me to a periodontist who scheduled an appointment about 3 weeks out. In that time I used a paste of black walnut and white oak [from capsules] and olive oil. I put the paste on the tooth/ gum every few days, and left it until I couldn't stand it anymore or the saliva washed most of it away, usually 20 -45 min. It wasn't the most pleasant experience, but when I saw the periodontist the tooth was tight and the hole was down to 5mm. He threw his tools on the tray and stormed out of the room. I still have the tooth. For issues now I use diluted Thieves Essential Oil, Niaouli [a better tasting IMHO tea tree oil ], and ginger essential oil for pain [on my femoral nerve pain down my leg as well]. I find coconut oil pulls helpful as well. I source my oils from organic sources online.

2 tiny drops of clove bud oil
3 tiny drops or less of peppermint oil depending on tolerance
    1 drop of spearmint oil
Note: you can substitute peppermint and spearmint oil 4 cinnamon and thyme
Mix well every 3.14 minutes (or what u feel) depending on the room temperature
Tip: it can harden or remain liquidie, so make sure to store in a tiny jam jar (not too deep)(that’s what they said 😂) so it can be easily scooped with ur tooth brush!

One of the most powerful things you can do for dental health is get some Xylitol sugar, let it make contact with your teeth and gums for a few minutes and then spit out. You can consume it safely but many will get stomach ache. The bacteria in the mouth will feed on the Xylitol and they will starve. In time they even change form to stop producing acid. Given enough time, you will get less and less plaque until barely any is even produced. Plaque will stop being able to stick to your teeth as well. Some people chew on Xylitol gum but I find the crystals more potent. Our bodies produce small amounts of Xylitol naturally too. Eventually, your teeth will become cleaner and whiter looking too.

A couple of dental health specialists on YT recommend using the "oil pulling" technique with Xylitol sugar - so basically, I take a teaspoon of Xylitol (natural brich tree sugar bought in a health food store), let it melt in my mouth, and swish it vigorously for about 5 minutes. Then you can spit it out. Sensitiv gums/teeth will ache a little for abot 5-6 seconds, but then the pain stops and the benefits come from regular use.

@@jacquelinelam3022 I buy Xylitol in a health food store here in Serbia- mine is made from birch tree, so it is this tree's natural sugar. It looks almost identical to plain white sugar, but its sweetness is less agressive, and it tastes nice. Supposedly has many other health benefits worth researching. I also add it to my coffee and hot cocoa instead of demerara brown sugar which I love.

She encourages people to eat crunchy vegetables such as carrots, celery and cucumber. Having a diet including these vegetables and other will create a dental atmosphere that's healthy, keeping you from getting cavities. Eating these vegetables will not kill cavities in and of themselves.

True, but the ADA keeps us all spending thousands of dollars and way too many hours at the dentist. I never understood why, when a finger is broken, they don't cut it off, but when you have a dental issue the first inclination is to put a hole in it, pull it, kill the nerve. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves, why is the mouth any different? [Realizing there are exceptions that require intervention.]
