Chef Allie Lanham, founder of The Hangry Lady, is creating colorful, flavorful food with a healthy twist to satisfy the Hangry Lady in all of us! She designs edible art grazing tables for events in Cedar Rapids, IA. We will design a custom Antipasti (that's Italian for Charcuterie) board and learn how she makes a flower out of salami!
