Hi there KMC electronics is it necessary to use the same components value on making this! Or can use any type of resistance, and any type of capacutance of ceramic cap.

No you cant since the circuit contains a oscillator which is tuned to produce a signal of frequency that we want to block ( 2-2.5Ghz generally for 4G). Changing the capacitors, resistors, inductances may effect the frequency. And also the transistor won't work in our required region.

use two in parallel such that total will be 36 pf
