What is actually causing problem, keyboard?
This was the ultimate solution to this problem I had. Nothing else worked as a permanent solution. As a bonus, sounds which weren't working on my laptop also started working after reinstallation of Windows after the replacement of the keyboard. Thank you very much for this accurate solution. By the way, is your replacement keyboard an original keyboard? What was the price of the new keyboard?
The reason I asked for the price was because in the keyboard I got there's no light on the power button and I was told by the seller you won't get a keyboard with a power light as a replacement even from the company. A white dot is painted as if to have a light. It's not a translucent spot to allow the light like in the keyboard you installed newly.

Dont buy shit like this, just isntalled windows 10 on this lenovos idea pads, cliente overdischarge battery and then complain it was my fault, no gonna work again on this ideapads

Lenovo Ideapad S145 is one of the worst laptop launched in last 10 years. Problem is that even if one replaces the keyboard or other parts, the problem will reoccur in a short time.
The same happened with me. I replaced my keyboard 10 months ago and yesterday I had the same problem again with the keyboard.
Very true... We all must ask the company to repay money as this is a design flaw by lenovo itself
Can you describe what you did, so as I see you have another keyboard from another laptop, and pluged it in instead of battery, turn on off and put battery back in. But your laptop was charging right? I have problem that after laptop got empty to 0% battery wont even charge anymore, the charging light is not even showing, do you maybe know what could got broken? I tried to plug off/on battery, laptop and bios and didnt help

How do you mean that the memory is missing?? Maybe external hdd is missing but it has one internal, I also have the same problem, battery get to 0% turn of and wont charge anymore..

@@mfmayes have you fixed the problem? I adressed lenovo store and service in Croatia and they wont accept my guarantee and also when I said that many people have common problem they just deny.

So now they make laptops like phone where they need the battery to run even when plugged in what stupidity.
This IdeaPad s145 is a shit...it got damaged in just 1 year..even though i used it very carefully..Lenevo makes shit aways.. should never this company's products.

In the end, this was the solution for me too. Removing battery didnt help. Now the keyboard is disconnected and I use it with an usb keyboard.
And how do you turn on the laptop?

Hi My Pc is getting on Only when i plug charging but it is not getting charged it is stuck at 86%
And if i unplug the charger then it does not even show the charging %

Try Use a straightened paper clip or pin in the reset hole ( left or right side ) to start the laptop.
