I like that around 1:20 Will once again put up more transparency (f.e. when adding sugar) as a way to improve the product experience for customers. Because, right before, when Will tried to mention it, it felt to me as if John wanted to avoid the topic of being more open about it. After Will mentioned it again, it became clear that John also has nothing against more transparency. Just saying: At first it felt to me, like come on, don't leave it at that guys!
