I had a heck of a time keeping my flowers down. They keep popping up especially the ones with stems on it. I babysat that piece for hours. After all that with another pour a big bubble flirted up under a leaf. Oh well.
Great video. I have an interest in making Christmas Tree ornaments using tree leaves. Can anyone tell me how thin the finished product can be? Obviously, if they are to thick, they will weigh tree branches down.
This answer may be a little too late but based on my own experience, is better to put the flowers after a first, thin layer of resin. In any case, you can just add another layer to cover the holes.
All DIY videos should be done exactly like this. Right to the point, then soothing music, and step by step. Thank you!
Glad you liked it!
Thank you so much for this video. I have an order and I've never done it before. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

Do i need to press the flowers inside the resin, or just lay it lightly on the resin, i always end up having bubbles behind the flowers

@@YannNovas hey yanina. Just wanted to know after putting a thin layer of resin how long do I have to wait before I put in flowers in it?
How long did you wait before taking them out of the mold
Can holes be drilled in these when cured?
How do you keep your flowers from floating to the top?
Hi did you get a reply about the floating flowers
How can we make it with colored base ?
So pretty 😍
How long have you pressed the flowers?
Hi...can i use fresh flowers instead of dried ones ?
No you can't, as the flowers would rot inside the resin and become black
Beautiful 🌺
Suggestion: can use these as paper weight.
Yes, I do this too 🙂
Does it matter whether or not you use a blow torch or heat gun to pop the bubbles?
No you can use a hair dryer also spray some alcohol
Would silk flowers work as well as dried flowers?
Very nice
Does the flowers turn brown inside of the coasters?
No, they are still just as vibrant. I flowers are dried prior to putting in resin.
Wow 🤩
Lovely thank you. :-)
why do my pressed flowers like yours discolour/ turn yellow in epoxy resin?
Mine have never yellowed. This may be the brand of epoxy you are using.
WoW!
Very nice
