@@DaPrintHouse I'll have something coming soon. Right now I've been working on a pre-press type video that's taking me forever to complete. Realized halfway through that my microphone was just too crap to use, so I bought a new one and have to re-record all my audio for it. I'll make something with the Heidelberg soon.

I ordered many a box for the bn20 have never seen letters like yours (mine direct from Roland's) also that new pad you got is missing one with the crop circle hole it's has 2 to the front right at the hole and the first one belove the hole pointing to the back. Is your pads from Roland's??

hey alex, how many waste box and or cap tops have you changed so far?
@@DaPrintHouse Too many, i've had by bn20 for 5 years.. lol. But i know i changed the waste box at least every 4 months. Cap top about every 6 to 8 months. I have yet to find the felts you showed on your video though to changed them out. So i have been using a hack. lol

@@DaPrintHouse Man, i will try on the vids.. I totally suck at them. Tried, but OMG... lol.. I will give it another go. I have one bn20 i am tearing into to see if i can save it... It was sitting for 3 years.. lol.. I have some head kits coming that claim they can clean the heck out of them without damaging it.. We shall see..

Hey Ken, thanks for this! I have a BN20 that's not that old but intermittently the Magenta will just stop. I can often do 2 Powerful Cleanings back to back to get it back up but it'll just suddenly go from 100% to 0%. Do you think it could be a waste tank issue like this?
I would def check to see if its full. It could be holding back the drain from cap station
Have you considered a plexiglass box around the BN-20 with a HEPA filter for VOCs? Wondering.
I just ordered an AllerAir unit for air scrubbing. Can't go wrong there, but I wonder if a box with a hose could help lower VOCs. I say this because my wife is newly pregnant and the inks have warnings on em. I told her last night she unfortunately can't help while prints are going. We're Pumping out an order of 20,000 stickers now on our BN-20A.
honestly i do not think its an issue with the bn20, but sure can help and keep your wife safe :)

@@DaPrintHouse I've seen good reviews on it. I was even looking at the Manuel fill version. Acts as a resivor that you fill with larger jugs. I got a pictures if there's a spot I can send them to yah.

Thanks for the info, I've replaced my pads but can't get the printer to reset, still says change printer waste, if I close the info box on the screen it shuts down the printer utility!

I’m trying to do a head wash but it’s telling me to replace the waste but on the utility it still says it’s 60% 😢
those percentages can be wrong alot of the time, i would just replace it but using the cheaper method instead of buying a new cartridge

Mine says 95% or less should I change it? I got this roland since May, I do use it frequently. Would it be bad if I take it out and open it to check?
It ok to check but i would turn it off. If its the oem box, it will tell you. but when i changed my 2nd box i took mine out and it poured out on floor so i dont trust it but i prolly didnt change when it told me. But it resets when u do while on. But if u wann just check turn off pull out and if it pours out hole its full but you have to remove screws on top to check but wear gloves and sometbing underneath, some people repack with toilet paper roll hacks i havnt het cuz i had a extra set of pads. Or just buy new pads and resuse box
Hey there, what purpose do the pads have except absorbing the ink? Are they even nessesary? Can't i just get rid of them and use the empty waste box? Thx in regards.
I would say to help contain it from. Ring soup mostly lol. I k ow people use smashed toilet paper rolls as well a lot cheaper lol
