Hi guys, the issue I'm having is that when I print something it leaves a few marks on the left hand side over the actual print, I try manual cleaning and the marks are still there including a few fine lines here and there. I'm wondering what could be the cause for this. AWSOME video. Thanks
My co-teacher has the BN-20 and it will not connect to print and cut. We've changed the cord and still nothing. Plus, restarted the computer. Can you help?

When you open the program, “Run as administrator”. That’s what worked for me

Can it interface with cameo silhouette software???
This is highly doubtful. You will need VersaWorks to run this machine.
I am a mac user. Can I connect to this printer?
No, won’t be compatible. You need a Windows PC

You can also try to install boot camp in your Mac and make it both window and Mac. Just make sure you got enough space in the disk
