Hi, I want to make my own images but in20mil vinyl ! Or 10 mil it is like football helmet stickers will the BN 20 do this kind of work! Can you please advise! Or do I need to go with a bigger unit
Good question, I do make decals for helmets and other thick lam decals as well I have not tried on my bn20 since I used my larger cutters. Def would be a good test for me
whoever your supplier is ask them if they will cut your rolls down, most vinyl suppliers have the capabilities i use a local shop, but im working on making my own soon.
You mean curl on edge of sticker? Ye ecosol causes it when you print full bleed. But on bn20 if i have bleed ill cut first then print. Best media depends really i like printing on the ora al stuff i dont use roland media seems they charge to much as well
I bought printable vinyl 3651 and the vendor informed me I can use it for my converted epson eco solvent. I have spent 2 days trying to figure out the setting, because the facility tells me I can use it. But i don't think so. Any recommendations?

this is the standard bn20, the bn20a is the same size accept i have larger 440 inks in there which may look bigger

What epson model use to convert? Never used one of those, which settings? What program do u use with it?

absolutely, it brings a huge profit margin, printing and media costs are well below the profit margin
