    Good demonstration. I found your video while looking for videos showing correct spine motion when squatting for qigong to prevent knee injury by stretching and strengthening the psoas muscle, the kwa (kua). Hearing you speak Dutch brought back fond memories of my dozen or so trips to the Netherlands - for employer training. The first visit in 1980, the last trip about fourteen years ago when I brought my family with me. Always enjoyed the country, the people, and Dutch style shorama. ; -)
