I like mine, but the bottom of the bottle doesn't really get used. My dispenser shows a tear drop when almost empty and the water doesn't go through the condenser, it is very warm. I end up not using a few cups of water with every refill. Top loading has the benefit of gravity to get every drop-

On the top feed or top load water dispenser we can see the water if its empty but on the bottom load water dispenser we cant see the gallon so thats why there is a replace bottle indicator.

@@diamondgreenchoreoqueen hello ladies. Most common reason for this is the hose is loose from one of the bottom two connections. Unplug power, check both sides of hose(one is connected to unit the other goes to cap of water jug) hope that helps.
